I have been receiving services from Texas Behavioral Health for over a year now. I have experienced numerous inconsistencies with their billing department. The department continues to bill me for services without providing a itemized bill. I do not have any issue paying for my services, however I have asked numerous times for a detailed explanation with dates of services, as well as how my past payments have been applied to my account. To this day, they have not been able to provide this information. I recently asked to pay $152.86. Additionally, there is significant billing inconsistencies even though I have been receiving the same exact services for the last 6 months. Given the billing departments lack of transparency, I fear that I am being over charged and taken advantage of.Business response

Good afternoon,
We are very sorry to hear this concern! We usually send our EOBs (Explanation Of Benefits) once a month. We sent this via email as well as via mail to your home address.
I have attached two PDF forms. One that states our last email to you on November 16, 2022 with the EOB attachment. The other that has your EOB, so that you can see what you are being charged for. We highly suggest to check your spam mail/Junk mail folder you might be receiving our information there.
We hope this email finds you well.
if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call.
Thanks,

I appreciate the follow up. One Behavioral sent the statement on 11/16/22 only after I had called and requested the statement three times. Prior to this date, they have not sent monthly invoices via email containing a breakdown of charges and prior payments made by the patient (myself).
