    I signed up thru FB online offer for the 5 for $99 Core Offer (I have a text that confirms the choice chosen and offered online)and scheduled my first appt. I visited Saturday 22 and did the infrared sauna. After I was done and at check out, they gave me a tour and at that time they asked what plan I wanted to sign up for. And I asked for the 1month of 5 core services for $99 that was advertised. They then asked which membership I wanted when the plan was to automatically roll over to after the one "discovery month." I advised it would have to be the $99 4core services plan. I then asked for Terms and Conditions to be sent to my email so I could read in it's entirety and make a fully informed decision. I never received the terms and conditions so I asked Emily to send it to me to read and see what the membership was about and Jade texted back advising me she had sent it over today. The first page discusses a DiscoveryPlan with 4 services @ $99. So I called to see what was going on with only 4 service plan versus the 5 for $99 Core offer that I had signed up for. Jade advised they did not have 5 service plan and never offered anything like that and started talking over me. I advised her when some literally talks over me and calls me a liar I get upset and this is the reason for my tone. She then responded saying she never called me a liar and we could talk about this another day, still pushing the concept that I only signed up for 4 services plan. I then advised her I have proof on my text confirming my enrollment and appt set for the 5 for $99 Core Offer on Saturday June 15. I am requesting a refund/cancelation (minus infrared sauna session) and hopefully Jade can receive some proper customer service training on how disfusing a potential misunderstanding situation can occur and not how to escalate the situation suggesting someone is lying when there is text evidence to the contrary. I look forward to getting this resolved. Thank you.Stacey Gonzalez
