I had this business file for my COVID tax relief and after being charged for the service they filed the paperwork however when I received information from the *** in regards to additional paperwork I notified chatman only to be ignored with no contact. Ultimately my date expired to respond to the *** and now I'm in debt 40k as a result. I emailed several times and called with no follow up.Initial Complaint

I paid Chatman to file an amended tax return for 2021 and 2020. I've been working with them since June. Every time they needed another form from me I responded. I called today Nov. 22 and there is still no proof the filed my amended tax returns. They claim there was a Covid credit available.
