On Monday, October 30, 2023, ************************* came to look at my ******* freezer. At that time, the freezer had an ice buildup on the left side. ************** said I needed a new door seal and new drawer slides. The cost with parts and labor was $607.68. ************** requested a $300 deposit which I paid via venmo. He said the parts would likely be in on Friday, 11/3/23 and I asked for the work to be done on Monday, 11/6/23. On Wednesday, November 11/8, the freezer stopped cooling properly. I called ************** on Thursday, 11/8 and got no answer or return call. He texted me Friday, 11/9/23 and I explained what was going on and inquired about the parts he was to have ordered. He said he would check on them and I asked if he could look at the freezer again on Monday, November 13 late in the afternoon to diagnose the new problem. I had started investigating online and discovered it was likely the evaporator fan causing the new problem. Monday, November 13, I texted ************** asking what the cost of the fan might be. He said it was $89 and no additional labor charge to install it. At this point I decided repairing was not the best option and decided to replace my refridgerator. I texted ************** and asked if my deposit was refundable less the service call. He said he had already ordered the parts. I asked if they were in and he said they were. I said I would like them returned - that due to the additional issue of the evaporator fan, the repair was too costly for a 12yr old refridgerator. I asked for a refund via venmo - stating that I would pay the service call but ************** did not respond. He has not responded to my texts or phone calls since 11/13/23. He is currently working in the ******* ** area - but the address on the email receipt for my deposit is ************************************************************. I found ************** through Appliance-pros.com.

On March 28th we had ************************* come out to take a look at our fridge. He said we needed two parts and I agreed to order them and pay for it up front. It has been almost 6 weeks. When we call to get updates they either say they have the parts or they don't have the parts. Then they say they are either out of town and they don't know or too busy to get us on their schedule. We paid $714.11 invoice #**** for repairs and nothing has been fixed. They never give ** a straight answer. They constantly just push it out day after day. it is always tomorrow when they will have more information. Yet that information never comes. Now when we call dispatch they are hanging up on ** and not taking our calls. We have been nothing but polite for 6 weeks. We have reported this as fraud now to our bank, ***************, and we will be filling a report with the police. I do not want these people in my house I only want my money back at this point. They are liars and thieves.

Washer made excessive noise. Contacted Sullivans ************. Tech came 4 Jan 23. Analysis of problem reasonable and gave deposit but tech asked that check be made out to "Appliance Doctor." Receipt and estimate emailed to me same day but from AARC Service <************************************> (cc'ed: ******************************************** Returned with helper. When disassembled, discovered that manufacturer failed to install 2 bolts which led to part coming loose and making noise. Needed bolts. Came back again on 12 Jan. ***** bolts did not fit. Tech went to Lowes and obtained 2 bolts, some epoxy (fix wear on plastic part caused by loose washer part) and some liquid adhesive (to secure bolts). Was charged for parts not needed or used and was not provided with a receipt showing what was actually done (that precludes me from attempting to get reimbursed by manufacturer due to their oversight - they requested receipt but I do not have one showing what was actually done). Have called ************ but the calls have always been forwarded and now are not answered (suspect caller ID). Emailing cc address on bill/receipt not worked either. While washer now works, it is a scam as I was billed for parts not used (but not billed for what actually was).

I had our business store freezer that was not freezing, I reach out to this company for repair and Mr. Mike B***** came out to examined the freezer and reported that he will need to order a True freezer controller part for $525.36 and labor 300 totaling $868.70 for a complete repair. He purchased the said parts and fixed in the freezer, after which he stated that we should give the freezer sometime to start freezing and requested to be paid the said amount in full which I paid him with an Invoice receipt emailed to me as well as labor and part free for 90days warranty provided on the receipt. Unfortunately, the next morning when we examined the repaired freezer, it was not freezing and items in the freezer had started to melt. Moreso, we also discovered that some freezer parts he removed while repairing the freezer were not properly placed back and freezer light was not working. I reached out to him as he had provided me his personal cell phone number (************), he stated that he will come out the next day to check out he repair and the freezer lighting but he never showed up. I followed up with several calls at which point he blocked my number as evidence by my call going straight to voice message when I call directly from my cell but goes through when I call with another phone number but he will still not pick up. Additionally, I called his office number (**************) numerous times and spoke with his scheduler who reported multiple times that she will have Mr. Mike B***** return my calls but this return calls never happened after multiple days calls and follow-ups. Finally, after few days of the freezer repair not working right, our business lost some items we did not have a space for in another freezer due to non-freezing state.
