On 7/2/23 I ordered 2 units during a 4th of July sale. I wrote the merchant multiple times regarding the order as I saw that it was getting close to my sisters wedding date, and I still had not received the order. There was no response from the merchant via email, or contact information that is provided on the website. Finally on 8/23 I received the wig shipment to find that it was completely not as advertised. Wig was thin, colored completely wrong, and not even customized. I immediately tried again to reach out to the merchant, in case as well if I received the wrong order. I have had no response, and in fact am very disappointed at the lack of customer service. Now my sister wedding is coming up and I don't have a wig I purchased. This is not fair to someone who works hard for their money. I believe I was scammed completely.
