I purchased 5 pairs of shoes online almost a year ago. I used a promo code the company had provided me because I had purchased shoes from them previous with no issue. I paid $97 and some change with a credit card. It popped up that there was a processing error. I re imputed my card information and the same thing happened. I tried 4 times and finally gave up. I went back to the website 2 days later and under my email I had 4 orders that were "processing." I looked into my credit card charges and I was charged. I waited a few more days and went back and all 4 orders were still processing. I sent an email to the company to which I never received a response. And basically the same thing has been happening for the last 10 months. I have logged in to send an email at least once a week, I have gone to this company's website on ******** and tried to get customer service help through that avenue. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt with all the covid/low employee rates reality that is happening. Finally a month ago, they have now deleted my email address from their company. It doesn't even recognize my email anymore. The charge to my credit card has never been refunded. I have paid for shoes that never were delivered. I tried to dispute this with my credit card company but they have given me the run around for 7 months. I finally thought to file a complaint here to try and get a resolution. I love this company's shoes and would love to have my shoes and order in the future. But this is unacceptable. How can a company charge you and never respond to an email????? I have never had anything like this happen ever.
