Business ProfileforPC Repair Network

My PC started having problems staying connected to the internet I could not get it to stay online. My husband called what he thought was a local business to get some help. A man named ******* from PC Repair Network - Frisco came to our home and worked on the computer he charged us $322.56 and when he left the computer was still not connecting to the internet. We had to call him several times before he came back to make another attempt at fixing the problem. We could tell that we were not getting anywhere with this repairman and the company, so my husband asked for a refund since the problem wasn't fixed and since the repairman was not coming back. I had to go without a computer for over a week until he finally came back he told my husband he needed to reinstall the entire operating system and that my husband needed to buy a new modem card. When he left my house it was super shady like he was sneaking out or something guess what?? None of that fixed the problem. My husband called again and demanded a refund and was told that NO REFUNDS would be issued. We had to get service from a whole other tech (NOT THIS COMPANY!!!) to come to our house only to tell us that there was nothing wrong with our computer and that the issue was our wifi extender. Once he connected that properly everything was PERFECT!!! He told us that the previous guy from PC Repair Network Frisco must not have had any idea what he was doing!!! He suggested we file this report. All I want is a refund of our $322 since they did nothing to fix our issue and caused me to not be able to use my computer for almost 3 weeks!! They did NOTHING right and did not fix ANYTHING. I can't believe I am having to file this report to hopefully get our money back. They refused our request for a refund several times now. We have gotten nowhere with them. Please help us. Oh and the Modem Card that we were told to buy was not even a thing anymore my computer doesn't even have one.
