      I would really like to hear back from ******** at this point- I am a consumer looking for resolution. To pay ***** for work, get the itemized bill that lists restoration that wasnt completed for ******** to be told in office theres nothing to refund blows my mind. I just want this to be resolved properly with out taking further action. We feel completely wronged with no real explanation as to why nothing is owed when services were not completed. I hope you intend to make this right.

      10 years of pressuring for service that is not needed. Never the same dentist or hygentist. Not even the staff is the same. That sums it up. Charged because dentist out of the network. Talked into procedure not fully explained and after the fact they want to continue digging into your pocket when you tell them you can't afford it. The worst experience ever. I lived in NY all my life and had the same dentist for 40 years never experienced this. Do not use this practice!!!!

      We looked up this patients information, and she hasn't been seen for several months. We have several Doctors that work for us and if you come on different days, you will see a different Doctor possibly. Unfortunately we do not control your insurance deductibles or what they cover. We are in network and must follow those guidelines. If you do not understand why you may need to pay for something, I'd suggest reaching out to your insurance company so they can better clarify. As always, we give the diagnosis to the patient that the Doctor recommends and it is up to the patient if and when they would like to do.

      So I went to this practice faithfully every six months with my family members. The way this practice has responded is a lie. I also happen to know that the dentists have either been let go or decided to leave. The front office is a revolving door has always been like that for 10 years. The hygentists even come and go as well. I happen to know the best one that left years ago and she too said practice has always been that way. We know our benefits. I do that for a living. They just are trying to make excuses to cover up their mess. Every time a patient goes there they try to find something wrong to collect $ they must not make enough money just on your cleanings. Again Practice is a mess my advice is to stay away for your own good

      First I would like to thank the staff of Dossett Dental in Hurst. Very Caring and very friendly. My beef is with the Dentist that they bring in from elsewhere (Kimberly L***, DDS.) On 1.21.22 I had a molar removed because it was infected. This dentist had a very difficult time removing my tooth, and not only that she punctured my sinus cavity and left a good portion of the root in my gums. She said it could stay there, it would not pose an issue. Five days later I explained to her that the pain has still not subsided and now my face is swollen, even after being on amoxicillin. She reluctantly gave me pain meds. Here it is 3 months later and 4 different antibiotics, my face is still swollen and in pain and she refused to refill my prescription. My sinus has been infected since the removal. I finally saw an Oral and maxillofacial surgeon who was just appalled at the fact that this Dentist and Dossett Dental let this go on for so long. Now I have to have surgery to remove the infected root and gums in my mouth that will cost in excess of $6,700.... Thanks Dossett Dental and Dr. L***.

      Thank you for reaching out to us. Our records indicate that you had an extraction on 1/21/22 and the Dr. L*** advised you that your sinus was slightly exposed. She wanted to have you come back for a post op to see if everything was healing or if you needed to see a specialist. She gave you all meds, including pain meds that day. You were scheduled for your post op on 2/5/22 and you called to cancel appointment. Saying you would reschedule and that you were feeling fine. We never heard from you after and no calls were ever made back to the Doctor. Please call our office if you have any questions and we will be happy to have you speak with the Doctor.

      That is a typical politically incorrect statement, no matter how you try to defend that dentist. There's always 3 sides to a story; my side, your side, and the true. Your version is far from the truth. She refused to give me pain meds and told me to stick to Aleve. After I gave you an unfavorable review, she sent in a prescription for me. I am sure you record all your calls, go back to Jan 26 and review the conversation you had with me. I refused to come back in February because of her incompetence, not because I was ok.
