I'm writing to express my disappointment with Frisco Fresh Market's handling of an incident involving false allegations by a new vendor, *************. I've been with Frisco Fresh Market for 3 years and had a positive relationship with management and vendors.However, the recent situation with ************* has raised concerns about the fairness and professionalism of Frisco Fresh Market's management. ************* accused my business, ******* and *** of harassment and price gouging without providing evidence. I've never interacted with them negatively.I reached out via email on April 15 to address the false allegations and other tenant issues. Despite follow-**** the management has not communicated or shown interest in resolving the matter, affecting my business.What's disappointing is that Frisco Fresh Market chose not to renew my lease based solely on *************'s unverified claims. No investigation or consideration of my tenure occurred. The management failed to provide a fair assessment.I value fair treatment and communication. Frisco Fresh Market's actions contradict these principles. I request the Better Business Bureau's intervention to address my concerns.I'm committed to a fair resolution and appreciate your assistance.Initial Complaint

I paid $50 to submit an application to become a vendor at the market. I have sent 5 emails, left 4 voice-mails in multiple departments, sent 3 messages on their Facebook, sent a message via Google, and even sent messages on their Instagram over the past 30 days and no one has responded. My application has not been reviewed and I have no way of contacting them to ask what the problem is.
