We are a **************** that applied to become one of their vendors.We provided multiple samples and one of them was Paella Valenciana, among many others.We have done over 100 catering in the ****** area and over 300 in the ***** area, before relocating to *****, never having one complain or someone falling ill.We coocked the meals the same day, just an hour from giving the samples, and it was done and given from a Paella.made for 20 people.Frisco Fresh Market, sent us an email stating that our food did not meet their quality standards. Only one person tasted the paella which contains seafood, and they made a claim that our food made people ill, how can that be when we coocked for one taster, which should never be one should be multiple tasters as one person liking in food or taste is not the same as others, over 20 people ate the same paella and not one fell ill or sick.We have very ****** way of cooking our food with the highest quality of products and sanitary procees of handleling the food we prepare.We applied to Frisco Fresh Market do to most of our clients suggested that we be there so they can get our food more frequently and at individual plates.If someone is allergic to seafood, they should not taste it or sample it, the plates where delivered within 10 minutes of being coocked, if they left seafood out in the sun direct, not only seafood will go bad, but most plates also will get bad taste or quality.We are making this complain based on bias on their part, discrimination and a very unethical way of conducting business on their part.If needed we can provide testimony of the people from the event that ate the same paella, pictures. And copy of the email sent to us from Frisco Fresh Market.
