**** and his team did an excellent job repairing our foundation. The communication throughout the process was very clear, timely, and professional. We were offered several repair options with very honest and upfront descriptions and expectations. The day of the repair, the team worked efficiently and completed the work in one day. I hired **** and 1st Choice to help fix my aunts foundation issue. From start to finish, **** was upfront and honest about needed repairs. We found him quite personable and made it all easy for my aunt to understand. He kept us up to date on all services and we had a seamless repair. I recommend 1st Choice for all foundation repairs!! Highly Recommend! Great experience! Upfront with required work. Didn't hassle or haggle. We contacted 1st Choice Foundation about 13 years ago to repair one side of the house and they did a great job. Other companies at the time said we needed 3 times more than at much higher pricing. 1st Choice was honest with the assessment and did not try to sell more than what was needed. Now we had issues on the other side of the house so we called them back and they quoted a very good price then checked the side that was already repaired and no issues at all. So after 13 years their work was still good. Work was completed on the problem side today and clean up was good. I have full confidence that they have done a good job once again. I have never had to call them on the job they already did and expect the same for the new side they completed today. Great service, great pricing and honest job. When a major crack suddenly appeared in my foyer wall I knew I was in trouble. 1st Choice Foundation stood out from all the others as I looked for a solid, reputable and A+ rated company. Spoke with **** who immediately allayed my fears as I was truly venturing into uncharted territory. He very patiently explained the process, answered my questions and was able to schedule the work in a timely manner. ***** came by to check with ***** and his team. I got a chance to talk with him and he further confirmed to me that I had made the right choice. Clearly ***** also knew what he was doing. When I talked with the structural engineer after he took the final readings his exact words were: Awesome. They did a great job for you. Cant get much higher praise than that. Two months after completion I sent some pics to **** who once again responded immediately and assured me all was well. The structural engineer agreed. Quality work and top notch service and communication, before, during and after the fact. Highly recommend 1st Choice for your foundation repairs. We were so concerned about having to repair our foundation. We had heard so many horrifying stories from people we knew that had foundation issues! We really felt lucky to find 1st Choice they made us feel very comfortable with what we needed done. The crew was amazing they did everything they could to minimize the dust on the inside work and we could not believe how well the outside looked! We expected the flower beds to be destroyed with the deep holes they had to dig but they put it all back to where we could hardly tell anything had happened! It was really quite amazing and we felt the price for the work was very reasonable. I would recommend this company without hesitation!Review from Paul C

We interviewed several foundation repairs companys.We settled on 1st Choice. **** came out and worked hard to figure out what problem needed to be addressed rather than sell ** piers not needed. Excellent experience. 100% satisfied with the work performed. Highly recommend **** and 1st Choice Foundation Repair!**************************** **
