Our experience with this company was worse than any company in ***. They completed my roof and they have not submitted the completion certificate to the insurance company, I paid them the complete amount that I received from the insurance company on which they agreed according to an agreement signed on 2/9/2024 between us and the company. Impression Roofing agreed that to get the deductibles they will not perform some work for which the amount was paid to us by the insurance company. We are just asking them to submit the Completion certificate of the works done, but they are not co-operating .The project Manager (*********************) is not even returning our calls as well as they do not answer our phone calls. we will appreciate help in this matter.

Hi ************,I would like to address your review as you still seem to be confused. First you told me on a phone call that you interviewed multiple construction companies to assist you with this project and you ultimately chose us because you were pleased with the research you completed on us and we thoroughly answered all of your questions. So thank you for choosing us to help you with this project. I am glad we completed a beautiful project for you.In regard to the certificate of completion, in section 9 of our contract with you, it says and I quote "It is the Homeowner's responsibility to obtain funds from the insurance company". Clearly it is your responsibility to obtain monies from your insurance company therefore the certificate of completion would need to be submitted by you to your insurance company. If you do not know what this is please ask your adjuster. This was previously explained to you on the phone by **** am sorry that you are still confused about how to submit the certificate of completion to your insurance company and what the certificate of completion is. It is best to communicate with your insurance adjuster on this. Per your request, we have given you the paid in full receipt and the warranty certificate.Review from Jim G

After getting hit with one of the massive hailstorms of 2023, it was a relief when I met ************************* from Impression Roofing. He truly was on my side when working with my insurance and took the time to review all the damage our home encountered. Not only the roof, but our fence, storage sheds, BBQ grill, landscape lighting... everything! He was very pleasant, patient, helpful and knowledgeable about what all needed to be done to get us back to normal. Some neighbor's roofs were being replaced within 2-weeks, where Impression wasn't ******* us. Besides, it was smarter to wait until hail season was over! ****** gave us alternatives on everything and was patient while we selected our style and colors. Making it right for the customer should be **********************'s motto. Even after the job was all completed, we found a minor issue when working in our attic. We called ****** and he had a person out to fix the problem the same day. You just don't see customer service like that these days! Thank you ****** for being a wonderful partner in guiding us through this whole experience. I recommend you and Impression Roofing to everyone, including my closest friends.Review from Shay s

******* helped me start the process with my insurance company, he was available for the walk through, and he thoroughly explained how the process would work. He was there early to supervise his team while they replaced ******* and gutters which made me feel comfortable enough to go about my day. When the team saw that my fascia had to be repaired he immediately contacted me and sent pictures. He answered all of my question in a timely manner. His team completed the work and immediately cleaned up afterwards. My roof, gutters and fascia look better than I expected. I am thoroughly happy with all the work that was done. From start to finish, my Project Manager, *****************************, was handling everything. He even started my initial claim. Our process took awhile because our insurance company was not providing us with enough funding to complete our roof. They started by hiring an appraiser, and then we had to call in an umpire. Only then did the insurance company agree to additional funds. The day the roof was put on, ******** was there during the complete process. His crew went out of their way to protect our landscaping, and were diligent in making sure all the debris was picked up. The roof looks amazing, and the wider Drip **** makes everything look crisp and professional. Ive had several neighbors comment on how our roof really stands out. I would highly recommend Impression Roofing for roofing, or any other types of services they offer. They are professional, do excellent work, and are always there on site!!!Review from Bill C

Impression Roofing recently completed a storm damage claim project for me (roof, gutters, fence, painting, etc). The project from the start was handled in a very professional manner, everything from estimating all damage to working closely with my insurance company. Extra attention was given to the quality of material and labor used to make repairs to my home. *************************, the project manager, went far and above in overseeing that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. His help and communication with me was excellent throughout the entire process, including explaining the workmanship guarantees. He was always available to me whenever I had any questions concerning the project. I definitely would recommend and use Impression Roofing again if needed.Review from Kayla C

Just had a new roof installed ny Impression Roofing. I cant say enough good things about the experience. ***************************** was the Project Manager and by the time the roof was installed we almost felt like he was a member of our family. He is very professional and his integrity and character are as good as it gets. He got us new gutters, gutter guards, window screens, roof vent pipes and much more. Additionally he negotiated more money from the insurance company on some of the items. The roof looks great. The work was done in a very timely matter and ******** was on site supervising the whole time. I highly recommend ******** and Impression Roofing.Review from Scott W

10 STARS! These are the experts that you need on your team. After hail damage I had dozens of companies soliciting business for "roof repair". I chose Impression Roofing because ****** educated me on things that insurance companies don't want ** to know. They meticulously inspected my home and documented ****************** of hail damage. When my insurance had the audacity to deny certain coverages, ************************** and ****** stood strong for me and got EVERYTHING covered. They are able to do this because of their extensive history working as insurance adjusters so they know ALL of the schemes that insurance uses to cut corners and deny claims. We pay too much for premiums and deductibles to be screwed over!!! I am hard to please when it comes to taking care of my home. Impression Roofing's professionalism made this stressful procedure easier because they fought for me. Even my neighbors wanted to know how I was able to get so much done to my home through my insurance claim. They requested Impression's contact information and word of mouth spreads fast. Impression Roof installed our new roof and we are very pleased with it. Chris worked with with us from the begging through the final payment with our insurance. He was onsite for the roof installation and when the gutters where installed afterwards to be sure that the work meet their company standards. Over the past years, we have had many sales reps stop to try and talk with us about their roof installation. It usually takes about less than a minute to say no thank you. I'm glad Chris stopped and it was the way he presented himself and company to my wife first and later myself that they got our business. He proved we made the correct choice.
