            I placed a deposit for hair units from Emily R***** owner of Snobbish Styles on 11/11/21. The first unit was scheduled to be picked up on 11/18/21. After reviewing the product in detail, it was not a custom unit instead it was a pre-ordered unit that was not custom fitted as previously requested. Ms. R***** promised to redo the unit and the unit was returned to her the same day. She promised to complete the unit by 11/23/21 before the holiday deadline. This deadline was not honored. I attempted to reach Ms. R***** for over 2 months with no response. She has taken my funds in the amount of $630.00 via wire ***** and refuses to provide a full refund due to services not rendered. I have emailed and texted repeatedly over the last 2 months. If this is not resolved, a complaint will further be filed with the Texas Dept of Licensing and Regulation due to unethical practice and administrative violations. Attached is the email that was sent for follow up on 11/26/21. Also Attached is the invoice Ms. R***** sent on 11/11/21 after she received payment.
