      My Husband and I contacted Mr. ******* to provide an outdoor living space for us. We contacted Mr. ******* because we contacted him about a year or so ago for the same service but did not go through with it at that time and Mr. ******* seemed very nice and professional so once we were sure we were ready we decided to go with his company Elite Backyards. We paid Mr. ******* a $3,875 deposit on October 28. After making the deposit Mr. ******* informed that he would send us a design, in which he did but It didn't really seem like it was what we discussed. Mr. ******* then sent one of his contractors out to meet with us to see what we really wanted in the outdoor space. Since the contractor came out we've rarely gotten any communication from Mr. *******. My husband has been texting him and each time he says that he is going to send a final design and a final estimate so that we can move forward but we never received either. Mr. ******* also referred us to a financing company that he deals with and my husband and I both provided the finance company with all the requested documents as well as obtained pre approval from the company but this fell through because the final piece of the puzzle was the final estimate signed by Mr. ******* and us. We informed Mr. ******* that the fianance company gave us a deadline of November 29 to have all documents turned in and close out the process. Mr. ******* ignored our messages about the deadline and text my husband days after the deadline saying he would provide the final estimate but still has failed to do so. At this point we are feed up with his business practices and would like to get our full refund. We feel like Mr. ******* is just stringing us along for some odd reason and has no intentions of providing services and we would have been perfectly fine if he had just told us that.

      I regret doing this after 4 months of research !! Kids and me dreamt to build a pool and we got multiple quotes .. Finally we are happy with Scott and signed contract .. We had some complications like power outage and rerouting so the start was delayed .. Process took for ever as we had frost in texas in March. So i was patiently waited ..Project started moving little bit and got me excited. After paying 80% of the money now he send me email stating he is filing bankruptcy and cannot go ahead with the project and instead will provide a sub contractor to finish the project and from today cost of what ever needs to be done material , labor needs to be from my pocket!!! After paying 80% money. I really need justice and atleast 50% of my money back . Because all i have is a hole in my backyard right now..
