Contacted a lawyer and working with quite a few people in my shoes not able to see any drs with True Health, this whole things not helping my health either......

I was sent a bill from TRUE HEALTH for more than $2,000 saying no details just the date November 20. My doctors take my insurance and I have not done anything outside of their offices so this bill does not make sense.

I was contacted by ATG collection agency and spoke to them 2 times in 2023 for what they claim to be an account balance of $2432.05 from 9/17/2018 for True Health Diagnostic lab LLC. This was for a lab test that was performed at my health and wellness doctor's ****** in ******** **. I was told by my doctor, that THD LLC informed them that my insurance can be billed and that THD would accept that payment as payment in full, and in the event that my insurance didn't pay, that I would not be responsible for any remaining balance. My impression was that these lab tests were a trial testing for THD and that they were not really expecting for ins to pay. Possible scam. Many other patients were told the same thing. I was told by the ****** manager at the doctor ******, that her and other patients of the clinic are getting these same calls from ATG. I was advised by her to just ignore the calls.I was told by the collection agent at ATG that THD had declared bankruptcy in 2019 and that it was charged off on 10/7/2022 and that ATG became their trustee and took over their accounts. I tried to reach THD LLC, but was unable to find them. I see many other posts here on this website with the same complaint as mine and believe that this may all be a scam. I explained to ATG that I did not owe any money or never received any bills from THD.Please go to this website for all the allegations on THD LLC.Press release 4/4/2022 ****** of ****** Affairs. The ********** of ******* has filed a complaint against two labs, one being THD LLC. One hospital CEO claims alleging False Claim Act Violations based on patient referral in violation of the Anti-Kickback Statute and the ***** Law , as well as claims otherwise improperly billed to federal healthcare programs for laboratory testing.

Every few months I get a phone call from a debt collection agency stating I owe a company called True Health Diagnostics hundreds of dollars. I have already paid 2 other times from bills dated 2018 and 2019. They are billing me again, but this time I am disputing it with the company because it appears to be the same bill I already paid. I did not feel I owed this company money to begin with, I always settled at the doctors office, but it was easier to pay a smaller amount then go into collection. Upon further review I see this company has multiple people complaining about the same thing. I feel I have paid into a scam and I do not want to do it again. Is there anything you can please do to help?Thank you in advance.

Call received on behalf of True Health Diagnostics, THD, for lab work done 4/2/2018 (that was set up by Naturopathic Wellness) for over $900.00. Told I was in collections. Appointment was set up by Provider, **************. Paid office for services or the appointment for labs would not have been made. The Rep from collections for THD stated that my provider never accepted the rate given to her by THD so I was responsible for the bill. I never received bill from THD or any other communication until today 4/5/2023. My provider stopped using THD due to an issue with licensing. This service was 5 years ago. I have already paid for the service through the office. The provider no longer works at the center. I do not owe anything to THD and have never interfaced with them except for the nurse that **** my labs. The Labs would not have been done if the service was not paid for ahead of time. It is not through insurance.

I was recently contacted by a debt collector to collect money from lab services not covered by insurance that were rendered by True Health Diagnostics in November of 2018. I located my explanation of benefits documents at that time, and I do not show my insurance ever being billed the amount stated. My bank records show that I did pay the amounts listed as my responsibility on the **** and I would not have ever not paid a bill that long had one been sent to me. I have had the same address since 2014, and have NEVER been contacted for this debt before the call from the collection agency. I learned that True Health Diagnostics has now gone into bankruptcy and is the subject of a *** investigation into fraudulent billing practices. I am incensed that this irresponsibility has the potential to damage my credit that I have worked so hard to build, especially after so many years. I do not believe that I should be liable for these charges. What can I do, and who can help?

Received a bill today from *** collection on behalf of True Health Diagnostics. Charges are from 2019 in the amount of 314.25. I have never been contacted by True Health by mail or by phone. I suppose she thought I was stupid enough to give her payment over the phone. This is a scam! I am going to contact the NC attorney general's office concerning this.

Hello, I've been contacted by ********************* agency for the past year. They insist that I owe $$691.00 for lab tests ordered by my doctor from ************** in Pleasanton Ca. in November 2019. I've called the office and they told me that I do not have any balance since I always have to pay whether it's to them or the lab that they're sending it to like Truehealth Diagnostics which I hear went bankrupt. They never sent me a bill but just started calling one day to say I owe them money. I know that if I didn't pay for the lab when I went in that they would not do the tests so I don't understand why they're trying to mess with my credit score. They're offering g to cut the payments in half. I've been scammed so many times , I'm worried that this might be scam. Please help. ATG says my account number ********

I was just contacted by a collection agency for some lab work that was ordered by a functional medicine doctor over three years ago. The blood testing was performed by True Health Diagnostics. After the blood work was done, I received bills in the mail even though I had paid cash (and my doctor said it would go toward my deductible) and to just ignore the bills in the mail. Now I am concerned about my credit score and this 3+ year old charge. Help! Please!

I received a bill from *** collections in regards to True Health Diagnostics. The invoice states the services were provided over 3 years ago (3/13/19 and 8/15/19). True Health Diagnostics filed for Chapter 11 back in 7/2019. This is the first I have seen or heard about this bill. I tried to call ATG but was told you have the invoice so you owe the money. I cannot refute a bill from over 3 years ago. The doctor listed has retired years ago.
