Had my Nissan Rogue in to get my bumper fixed. Took the car home after a ridiculous $2500 and the bumper started to pop out again. I was told that there was another broken part behind the bumper that no one told me about and the mechanic thought it would hold up long enough. They wanted to charge me another $185 fee to look at it and another $1200 to fix the part. I would stay away from this company as they are a very high cost with a very low quality of work. I wouldn't buy a car from here or bring one by to be serviced by them. They will take your money and not fix the issue.

Berkshire Hathaway Automotive -Crest Nissan. The purpose of this correspondence is to escalate the neglect of parts and service by Nissan Motor Corporations Crest Nissan of Frisco, TX and fixing vehicle 2011 Nissan Murano (owner-with title). The agreed quote of service of ******** to an additional ******* for another diagnostics after dealership admittance of blowing vehicle computer system. On May 5th, I contacted Crest Nissan Frisco and spoke with ************************* (Service Advisor) regarding vehicle starts up does not stay running and shuts off; battery is drained and needs to be re-charged. Informed Crest Nissan vehicle will be towed for repair and service. The attached document is a timeline that provides a preview of events that have occurred over the past ***************************** response from initial diagnostics, rates and fees, admittance of dealership errors (broke computer system) and erroneous completion dates. I have also included the mutually agreed service quote. Crest Nissan has inconvenienced me with failure to repair my vehicle both before and after causing system failure. I have been among the numerous consumers of Crest Nissan who continue to receive negative services from a non-credible entity -Better Business Bureau, 2020-2023. My resolution is to restore my trust in Nissan by repairing my vehicle from your negligence. As a devoted consumer of over 20 plus years, I hope you take my complaint seriously and seek to resolve this matter urgently.

2019 Black Nissan Sentra Please provide my concerns to the General Manager: The issues that led up to my request to either transfer into another car or rescind the transaction : There was ambiguity in regards to the $2100 service plan that was included in my financed amount . I explicitly explained to the Finance Manager that I did not want any add-on's or extra's and that I only wanted to finance the base price plus taxes. I was told by the Finance Manager that he was giving me a deal and including a service warranty for free! He later explained that the amount that I was looking at on my contract was actually free but that he had to show the value of it in the contract. This in itself was highly unclear and I consider as non full disclosure as to what was actually taking place. I told him that I can see that the $2100 is included in my contract, he said not to worry about that because it is not what it looks like! He said that it was being made up in the overall price of the car and that he given me a deal which decreased the cost of the car by $800. I do not see how this equates ! I ask you, General Manager to let's run the numbers and to please show me how the overall deal was decreased by $800 when in actuality I financed $2100 over 6 years at an interest of 11.9%. The base price of the car was $17,100 plus taxes minus $500 (trade in) plus other minimal fees equaling to $ 18,500 roughly. Where was the $800 decrease? And how can $800 decrease offset a $2100 service plan charge? Also after driving off the lot with the car, within 10 minutes, the car became faulty with a malfunction warning light. I brought the car back and was told that a part needed to be ordered. My concern is such that the car has a wheel barring issue and I am not comfortable that the car will run appropriately even with replacing a part on it. I paid $20,200 plus $8000 in finance charges for a car that has malfunction right off the dealership parking lot.

I do not want to give them any stars at all. I purchased a vehicle from c
Crest Nissan on 12/2/22 as of todays date 1/20/23 I haven't had the vehicle in my possession yet. The vehicle was sold to me after going to a LICENSED *** dealership which stayed car needed repairs that were refused to be completed by Crest prior to me purchasing the car. My actual sales person mentioned the car was at *** to receive a battery due to warning lights (which turned out to be multiple issues once the 2 computer batteries were replaced by another licensed *** DEALERSHIP.) the car initially had a steering danger warning and stated that the ** gaskets are leaking, which Crest stated they fixed them and *** ****** differently ? Now since the batteries were replace there is a Transmission issue warning which seems the vehicle unsafe to operate. This warning appeared after leaving the *** DEALERSHIP after repairs were done to batteries not even 2 miles down the road(FYI Vehicle was with *** 31 days). I called Crest made them aware of warning light and let them know I was taking the car back to ***. ******* asked me to pick up car from *** and return it to them for repairs if ** Gasket and address the Transmission warning indicated unsafe to drive. Ok here ******** days later I'm in a rental which seems to be their main concern for me to bring it back, their telling me the ** Gaskets are repaired after the car was there for less than 24 hours and of course they want me to pick up the car once again to take it to *** because they do not have the proper system to be able to actually diagnose this *** problem. I asked for them to take it to the *** dealership which is down the street from them to have them to run the diagnostics so they could repair the issue. The answer was they can't and bring the rental back. I'm still waiting as I said for **************** to return my call so, at this point my car payment is due. Oh I forgot to mention my sales person was fired the next day. IMAGE THAT!!

Bought a 2019 mustang and recently found out the true value of the car is 30k less than what it was sold for. They added on warranties that were not discussed. The biggest issue is that I was told the car was only in one minor fender ******. Turns out it had to be towed and the airbags were deployed, hence the difference in value to sales price. There was no damage/accident report provided or car fax. I was rushed through the process of signing papers. Yes, that is my fault for not slowing down but I was not given a chance to really talk once we were in the office. I will never go here again and I will never recommend anyone to go here. I would like for this dealership to take the responsibility of their deception. I'm now 30k in the hole on this car.

Traded in a vehicle that had personal items (after market) stuff still in it. Did not know I would be trading in a vehicle that day, otherwise I would've taken care of it myself. They promised me that they'd take care of it and take it out for me. I'm still missing items and was given the ring around. They never reached back to me. All the times I called they finally said they auctioned the car out. Never any notice or anything. The items were $1k plus. Still paying on some of the items. Don't promise something and then rip me off like that. If anything I feel I should have some type of reimbursement after this poor service.

I just recently bought Nissan Murano 2017 From Crest Nissan, Our Finance Sales associate name ***********, While his manager name is *****************. During the buying process, ********* went to extreme to convince us to get ZakTak Interior, **************** **** Plan, Mechanical protection plan, which we were very reluctant. He told us that any part of the Plan can be cancelled anytime. He further stated that i am going to give you Mechanical protection plan for additional 75K miles/72 months for 3100$. he further advised that Get these plans and thin few days and cancel if you are not convinced.
Few days later, i contacted MPP to cancel ZakTak, MPP told me that this plan can not be cancelled. They further told us that, your coverage is not additional 75K miles, but up to 75K miles. I had bought similar coverage for Nissan Armada for additional 50K miles for 3000$ for 72 months. Good thing that i can cancel the mechanical plan as it covers only for additional 28 K miles. ******** ********* A***, flatly denied all of the above. It is too bad that they put pressure that these coverages are only available today, but cover it up with the statement that you can cancel it anytime. I feel this is dishonesty, and not appropriate manner to run the business. I would give Crest Nissan No Star at all. They may have made few $$$, at the expense of losing customers, WAY TO GO.

I bought a 2021 Escalade advertised for 111,000 after test driving I was told dealer Add on's were going to be another 3900.00 ok fine. Traded my Lexus LC500 they gave me 97,000.00 they verified payoff of 100,700.00 ok I'm fine I know I'm a little upside down in new purchase. Then I found out the pay off was actually 104,692.00 I went to dealer twice explaining I never would have made the deal knowing this. Now I am 124,000.00 into a vehicle that was supposed to be 111,000.00 After visiting a second time requesting to un do this deal. I was told no I said let's split the 4,000.00 mistake no can't do it was response so I wrote a check for 4,000.00. I am now the owner of a vehicle for 14,000 more than retail price. Not to mention the salesman told me the low jack tracker was removed last week it was not they did remove it today. I have bought from Lexus and Mercedes they never would have treated me this way. I would be very cautious buying a car here verify everything before singing . I have a feeling they knew the correct payoff because the online payoff stated 104,692 however the automated phone system said 100,700. I believe they should have done more due diligence since there was a discrepancy in the numbers but to make the sale they went with the lower number very unprofessional bad business bad faith.
