      Oct 2023..purchased a 2023 Grand Wagoneer from this location.Made the purchase based on flag ship vehicle with the promise of a premium loaner vehicle if the car ever needed service.June 2023 a check engine light with various other electrical, parking distance, adjustable air ride indications.After a 10 day delay trying to coordinate a loaner vehicle, I finally brought the vehicle in for service to wait for it.Service blamed the light on a software update. Drove the car off the lot , 1 mile later indications returned. Return to dealer. 2nd attempt - assured it was fixed. 1 mile down the road, indication returned with parking distance monitor warnings.Returned for service next day, service informed me that software update blew my steering module. Limited parts available nationwide. In addition, now discovered a faulty auxiliary coolant pump. After a three week delay for parts, the service was complete.300 miles later, check engine light reappeared. Multiple calls in to service manager, asst ** , and ** were met with zero response.The car had 8600 miles on it when the problem began. Unacceptable for the premium product that sales people promised me. Grand Wagoneer support program promised a premium loaner for service. Now they are referring me to a rental car company at my own expense claiming that Jeep corporate is no longer supporting the program.Phone calls into Jerp corporate says it is up to the individual dealerships to provide the promised loaner program.Repeated calls to dealership go unanswered. The standard answer is the managers are in meetingsSales manager response to my complaints, if I were you, I would go buy a ***** or ****** WTF..??Avoid this dealership at all costs. Over promise and under deliver should be their motto.Zero out of Five StarsNever again P J M

      Bought a RAM 1500 Diesel from them about 18 months ago with a prepaid service plan.Car has a recall for over a year. They looked at it several times and told me they had parts but have to wait for recall parts because the parts where not for recalls. They had me waiting for about one year now.Today I tried to schedule an appointment for a prepaid oilchange. No one takes up phone calls. Called at least 20 times in the last two weeks. If you get a mailbox to leave a message the box informs you that it is full and can not take any messages.Called a different dealer today, got immediate confirmation that parts for recall are not only available but already available at the dealership because it is a standard recall on these cars. And the sercice appointment will be in two days out.My recommendation with these guys: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

      Purchased a used car after some hail storm and the experience was great. However, dealer agreed that they would pay for the damages on the body and also the chrome trims, dealer did repair hail damage but never replaced the chrome trims. I reached out countless times, sales guy would return my texts but eventually ghosted me and never got a resolution from it. I even offered to install them myself, no need to pay someone to do it, today, nobody reached out to me and they no longer answer to me.

      Absolutely worst experience I have ever had when dealing with a dealership and would not recommend anyone to go here. Please save yourself a headache and go somewhere because once they have your money, good luck getting anyone to contact you back if you need anything. I called every single day for almost 3 months since no one would ever call me back. Complete waste of time and wish I would have went somewhere else. I would highly recommend to look elsewhere.

      Went to this company for my first oil change on my jeep. Three weeks later I was on the side of the road leaking tubes, water and oil together. **** was overheated, took it back and they told me that it was one thing and after they found out they test drove the Jeep it overheated again. They drove it instead of pushing it back to the dealership and then proceeded to do another diagnostics which came up to be $30,000, after this come to find out it was a temperature checker that had to be the problem but nobody looked at that after two weeks of stressing me out about my jeep. I got my jeep back and I still dont feel like its the same I will not be going back to the dealership , hunterpearce was my service provider and ****** was the service *******. I do not recommend this dealership at all.

      Horrible! I sold my vehicle to them and they owe me an equity check. It's been 3 weeks. They won't even answer my calls or respond to my emails. If they do answer they transfer me to every extension where the mailbox is full or no one answers. When I call back they answer and hangup because they see my number. I'm not sure at this point if I need to seek legal advice? They have my vehicle and haven't paid me for it and there has been zero communication. They can't even provide me a corporate number to file a complaint.

      Looking over my repair order they Originally told me they were waiting on a **** module and thats why it would cost $1600..the RO doesn't state they ordered any parts..it doesn't state they replaced any module? I was told they had to replace the **** module. They charged me $1200 for diagnostic and then told me when I picked it up he told me they had to change the battery but didn't charge me..but they charged me $333.95 for the battery.. According to the repair order I got charged $1641.05 for a new battery and a $54.90 wiring 4-way part .before I call Ram can you explain this?..I will be contacting the BBB ..ALL social media, ******************** Prior to this my 2019 RAM longhorn dash was bubbling up, I understand that it is out of warr. however the service advisor ***** told me he was going to try to call RAM Care and try to have them cover it under a goodwill warr. ***** then called me back a week later telling me that they would cover it under warr but only if I spent $2000+ service with the dealership. I then called RAM Care and they told me that bubbling up of the dash is a known problem and an internal memo was sent to every dealership to cover it 100% parts and labor under warr. but Frisco RAM try to scam me out of $2K if I wanted it done. When me Truck was ready to be picked up Gaven the service advisor told me that I would have to pay for it and RAM Care would reimburse me the cost, so I paid and then the next day RAM Care called me and told me that was wrong and I shouldn't have paid for it because RAM Care was going to cover it and RAM Care DO NOT reimburse the individual.. So Frisco RAM screwed me again out of $1600.. These are simply the facts.. you make what you want out of it.

      Had a terrible experience at this dealership. The sales team is worst once they cash your money they dont honor their words. They bluntly deny holding their promises made before purchasing the car. Worst servicing team as well, I had dropped my car for state inspection check on 12/20 and a minor s**** loose on the car fan causing tapping sound. they kept the car for two days. Later the next day they informed me that there was an issue with the engine and we would have to tear it down to identify the issue and replace it. I denied and went to pick up my car, when I picked up the engine light was on, surprisingly the car had no issues still I dropped the car for inspection and suddenly my car engine was having issues! I informed them they mentioned that is the reason we are asking permission to tear the engine down and inspect. I denied and picked up my car, When I fought they waived of the inspection cost and asked to give them 5 star review. Next day I got it checked from a mechanic my friend recommended and found out that the some wires were pulled out of the engine and the mechanic friend told me that would have cause serious engine problems for your vehicle. This is so scary and total cheating the customers trust and looting them of money for no valid reason.

      I came here because of the lease deal. I called the day before, and a hour before coming to the dealership to make sure the deal is still valid. They told me it was. After arriving, the sales person **** (who I just spoke to 1 hour before arriving and confirmed the deal is still valid), informs me deal is no longer valid as of 3 hours ago, even though I just called a hour ago to confirm and the deal was still on the front page of the website. The deal is currently still on the front page of the website as I am typing this. **** says there is nothing he can do.I called a hour after leaving and asked if the deal is still valid and the sales person said yes. I asked twice to make sure also. I then asked if the deal is valid why is is valid to everyone except for me? Why was it not valid an hour ago? I would like to understand, what about me, would prevent me from getting the incentive. I was then transferred to voicemail.I didn't even get a chance to fill out the application. I have a 740 credit score.

      False Advertisement! I have picture of their dealer discount as a proof, i went there to purchase Dodge **** Pack charger as they mentioned on their website 10 % off on MSRP, And when i went there they refused. And told me that its only $2500 off. Scammers! They think people are stupid, very disappointed. Avoid these kind of dealerships! big Scammer's trying to stealing peoples by doing wrong advertisement!
