    I ordered trim from them June 2021. They shipped the wrong color. Turns out the color pictures on their website don't correspond to the correct color code. They told me to ship the trim back at my expense and they would send me the correct trim and refund the shipping costs. Still waiting. They are a mess. Very disorganized.

    The color she ordered we shipped that color after receiving she claimed it is wrong color, which was her mistake not ours but we still agreed to replace it. after 2 weeks By the time we received the fringe back we were were out of stock and our shipment is held up at Los Angeles Port in cargo back log from last 2 months which is beyond our control and this problem is being faced by my importers right now due to delay and high cost of shipping.
    Anyway, we have issued the full refund and hope others can understand what businesses are going through.

    We shipped the color which was on order and after receiving it she claimed it is wrong color, it was not our mistake but still we agreed to replace it. By the time we received the return the color was out stock and was in transit from overseas and anticipated to be in our warehouse in week or so.
    But due to cargo back log at Los Angeles port our shipment is held up there from last 2 month, this is beyond our control and the same being faced by many importers of goods from overseas.
    We have issued full refund and hope other can understand the situation right now business are facing before reaching judgment.

    I have pictures of the color I ordered on the order confirmation as documented on the A&S website. I sent the email confirmation I received from them with that picture embedded with my complaint and request for the correct color to be shipped to me. The color indicated as N4 is clearly shown on the order form with Maroon beads at the top. I sent a picture of what I received with my complaint and that trim was all gold beads. Their website and the order form I got from this company clearly showed trim with maroon beads. The original order was placed on June 6. I asked for the correct trim to be sent to replace it on June 12. After several emails back and forth through June 14th - when I repeatedly asked them to look at the picture of the color that I ordered on the order form they finally agreed to send a replacement if I sent them back what I'd received. I mailed the trim back at my own expense and waited for a replacement to be sent. Finally September 13 after emailing them again, I got a response that they would get back to me tomorrow. I didn't hear back and so October 28 I emailed them again and told them I was fed up. I filed the BBB complaint that day. Magically, I got a refund within days. I shouldn't have had to file a complaint to get a response or to get my money back for the order - though I am still out the money for the shipping costs to return the item. I will happily show the photos of my order slip showing the color of what I ordered and the photo of what I received to anyone who'd like to see them - I am sorry I can not attach copies to this message.
    I would have completely understood and accepted that shipping delays were an appropriate reason for a delay in getting a new item if the company had ever responded and told me that was the case. I would have waited for the appropriate trim to arrive if I'd been given that information or the opportunity to do so.
