            I paid $825 to have a manifold installed under our sinks and a device put on our hot water heater so that the water would get hot sooner. Technician came back because it wasn't working. He said he needed to order a part that would bypass some switch on the hot water heater. After 3 weeks of not hearing from him, we called several times with no answer. He finally called back and said the part hadn't come in yet but they he would order from another company and expediate it. It's now been another 3 weeks and he will not return any of our phone calls. We had told him when we last spoke that if he couldn't get the part, we wanted him to remove the items and refund our $825 and he said he understood.
