Ramiro's Pool Service was the sub contractor who installed our pool when our house was remodeled in 2020/2021 after it was hit with a tornado. We took posession of the pool in July of 2021. We have had issues with the pool lights starting in early 2023. We have issue with the grout around the hot tub. And we have issues with a circuit breaker on the pool which keeps tripping which means that the pool filter and the pool sweep do not come on. These are all warranty items. ****** continues to say he will be there to fix it, the no shows for the appointment and does not call to reschedule. He just doesn't show up. Continued efforts to reschedule appointments have resulted in the same results. Nobody shows up and nobody calls to tell us they won't be there. Finally after the last no show we called and he said that the light company did not approve the warranty claim. Well, my guess is that by his inability to follow through on his commitments, he did not submit the warranty claim while the light was still under warranty and now some 6 months later we are still without a light that does not work properly as well as the other issue. He refuses to pay for the lights. At this point, I do not feel he will do the work in good faith. I would like to have someone else do the work and have him reimburse me for the repairs.
