      I have not been able to access my online account to sell my silver or request the silver to be shipped for over a month. I have emailed and called, but they say the online platform is under maintenance. I called them on May 16, and was told I would receive a call back. I have not been called back. I just want the silver mailed to me free of charge, or the silver sold and my bank account credited for that sale.

      I used them as a way to start saving money on the side. It started great and then it got to the point where they are telling me they are having technical issues so I can't sign in. And a month or 2 later that I can't even get a response in an email from them about trying to get my money back and my account closed. I used to get an email back within a day or 2 and now I get no response. Anytime I did get a response they would answer my questions about me not being able to get into the account and completely ignore me saying I want to get my money out of the account. Now the emails are strictly about me being able to withdraw my money and I get no response. I have about $550 in the account.

      Legacy Precious Metals advertises an online platform to buy and sell precious metals. You should be able to check your account and make changes at anytime, according to the sales ********* for the past two weeks (since 4/9/24) their online platform is shut down. They disabled all of the login credentials to make upgrades? I have need of making some immediate changes for weeks, but I have no access to my gold/silver, and there isn't anyone who can help me do that. It seems the whole company is dependent on their online platform. They are essentially holding my accounts hostage, without any form of resolution. I have emailed and called about every two days and those responding have no more information than I do. There is no end in sight and no one to help me.

      The first attachment of the disclosure from Legacy Precious Metals was sent to me following a phone call on April 10, 2024.  They said they sent out a notification to all clients letting them know the website is down, but I had not received it.  By the end of the call, I had received this email. 

      Basically, the attached email exchanges show that LPM continue to give the same information, that the website is down, and they don't know when it will be operating again.  And with the website down, I and all other customers, can't access their fund/metal for any changes that need to be made such as buying/selling/closing out an account.

      They offer no alternative to the online platform. That is what I need...help to access my account. And they will not provide it to me.

      I am trying to withdraw my own money from a Legacy Precious Metals account. I have my fidelity bank account connected with this account so they confirmed that the account is mine when I deposited funds into it. No when I am trying to withdraw the funds to close the account they are asking for highly sensitive information regarding my bank account like the complete account number and routing number of my fidelity account. They also asked for a voided check to prove it is me, then they rejected what I sent to them. They said it had to be in full color and have the word void across the front. Banks do not send voided checks back in the statement like they used to. I asked fidelity if that was possible and they told me it was not. I do not feel safe sending them my full account number and routing number. As far as I know they could drain my account. I presently have ****** cents in my account. All I want is for them to release the hold on my money so I can withdraw it back into my fidelity account. Never in my life have I had issues withdrawing my own money from an account. This is a first and I think it is preposterous. *****
