I also received a letter from them recently. I went to the BBB to see if this is a legitimate company. Oddly, I just see everyone bashing them for being scammers, but no one has actually done business with them. But everyone felt the need to write a bad review, slamming them. Maybe they did give a lowball offer. Mine is a little low, in my opinion. That's what any good business owner would do when you begin to negotiate. I even do that when I go to a thrift store. I'm confused by all the reviews left here unless they are all from another competing land buyer. I have received several of these offers lately from different land buyers. Now, I know no one from this company, and I do not intend to sell my land right now unless the price is right. I just felt sorry for this company for being falsely accused of so much, and there is no proof of any of it. I suggest that the people who wrote all the reviews stop writing reviews unless you have actually done a transaction with them. This makes it very confusing for someone like me coming to investigate/research a company. Just for that BCP Land, I'm giving you 5 stars just for entertaining all the foolishness/slander that has come against you. God Bless ***********************
