I tried to create an MLS listing for my ******* beach property. I created a username and password. The next step was payment. When I entered my credit card information, an error message appeared and I couldn't go any further. I tried logging in and I was not recognized as a person with a username and password. I received a receipt for my $99.95 payment yet I haven't created a listing, haven't been able to log in, I haven't been successful in reaching anyone. I have sent several emails and inquiry and there has been zero response to my emails and inquiry. To make this right, I need my money to be refunded ASAP. I have a receipt for the transaction.Initial Complaint

I have attempted multiple times (at least 1 dozen) to contact the company without success. I paid for a service which I did not receive. I paid to have my home listed on the MLS, however the company that was contracted to list the home could not do so and I have asked for a refund. No contact with MLS MY HOME has been made because they refuse to answer calls or voicemails.Initial Complaint

On Wednesday September 29, 2021, I started an online process to list my home thru MLSMyHome.com as a flat fee For Sale By Owner. Knowing that the business states on their web page that no fee will be charged until the listing actually gets listed on our local MLS. Well in a matter of minutes, long before the sign up process was completed, my debit card on our bank account was charged with the expected full charge of $184.95. I received a emailed receipt immediately and verified thru my bank of the charge. I did not complete the process of getting this listed. And then on Oct 2, 2021 I received a email reminder notice to proceed with the documents and signing. I immediately went into the link that was given and submitted a "Declined To Sign" response. I have since sent them many request for my refund of the $184.95. And then on Oct 22, 2021 I sent them a very detailed letter with 6 attachments documenting everything and requesting my full refund. My home at 1705 E Broadway was never listed on our MLS and I want a full refund from MLSMyHome.com.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2021/12/23) */ The customer agreed to our terms of use policy when ordering. Please review the web site. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2021/12/30) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The "MLS My Home" web site clearly states you will not be charged until your home is listed on your local MLS listing. My home listing was never approved to be listed on "MLS My Home" and it never was. I requested a full refund at that time and I am still requesting a full refund. This "MLS My Home" place is a scam and I have read many other reviews online of customers calling it a scam. Seeing their response to my BBB complaint has renewed my interest to see that I get this refund or call them out as a Scam. Business Response /* (4000, 15, 2022/01/26) */ The customer agreed to our terms of use policy when ordering. Please review the web site. We do not offer refunds. Please read our Terms of Use Policy, that they agreed to when they proceeded to sign up. They signed up as By Owner and were matched with a Flat Fee MLS Broker. A refund will only be issued when the MLS is not available in a customer's area. Consumer Response /* (4200, 17, 2022/01/27) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) It is plane and simple. Their site reads, there will be no charge until the MLS listing is complete. It was never completed and it was never posted on any MLS site. But we were immediately charged the full charge. I've attached a pdf with a receipt of the charge and a screen shot copy of their web site where it reads there will be no charge until the Listing is completed.Initial Complaint

I can't reach anyone by phone or email or chat - nor my house has been listed., but took the money from my CC i am upset and I have placed a dispute on my CC for the charge, Question: How can US FCC or BBB or govt. allow this site still to exist that is fraud and scam, causes losses to people. I listed my property on 08/10/21. Their add states that they are a direct broker company but I could not find any license number on their web site and they are not responding to my emails. This is a false advertisement as they subleased ListWithFreedom.com to list my house in MLS. After I found out that they are not direct brokers and since I've had very bad issues with ListWithFreedom.com in the past, on 08/11/21 I requested the refund but they refused it even though my house was never listed in MLS. Since the service was not provided, they unlawfully hold my money. I requested the refund within the specified time in their agreement. This is not only the false advertisement but also unlicensed practice and violation of their own terms of agreement. The terms of their agreement state: "Before you are syndicated, you may request a refund of your MLS listing fee. You may request a refund, up to 10 days from your purchase date".Business response
