****, with **** told me he would help me after a flood 3 years ago. It was completely an insurance deal. He never filed with insurance..started work and never completed it. I did ask him to send an invoice for the work he did but everything was bogus..2 1/2 years later, he began harrassing me and throwing out numbers that were completely inaccurate. He threatened that he had someone coming for me, has called me several derogatory names and is publicly bashing my character. He sent another invoice to my attorney (I hired one at this point)..Also, bogus. No business should harass someone and threaten them like I have been..hes made me afraid for mine and my daughters safety and I would NEVER do business with him again. Hes not a legitimate business.

It is extremely unfortunate that ***** feels the need to slander our business. Her statements and time line are both inaccurate.
Facts coming directly from her insurance company reveal that she had multiple flood claims. She has not paid any money toward the remediation or repairs, per her adjuster from insurance company.
Please see below:
Original date of loss: 9//8/21
1st insurance payment issued on: 9/22/21 in the amount of 14,602.09
2nd insurance payment issued on: 12/6/22 in the amount of 10,691.56
So in total the insured held on to $29,193.65 and once she was invoiced from collections, became combative and refused to pay.
She retained counsel, and subsequently was released ************ services. He directly mentioned he did not feel comfortable to proceed with a losing case.
This is a huge red flag that counsel that has represented her family for generations, would not move forward with representation.
