I signed a contract with this company for a Solar System Install and they sent a Roofing company that told me my roof needed replacement. I paid and my insurance paid for the Roofing company to replace the roof which was not done correctly. Then this solar company came to install the solar system. From day one they significantly damaged my roof including crushing my brand new gutters with their ladders. One of their installers fell through the Ceiling in my Guest room. They completely destroyed the new roof by ripping roofing shingles and crushing the shingles and plywood. The solar installation was so bad that almost every panel was crooked and misaligned. They damaged my pool as they did not cover it and dropped nails that rusted in the salt water and stained the plaster. They even sent their own different roofer who was shocked and recommended the entire roof be replaced including the decking which was crushed in places. The owner ALI failed to keep in touch with me despite multiple reach outs and Failed to keep me updated for the repair. My roof had leaks. Many months went by and I finally had to retain a Lawyer. After some time my lawyer was able to get a settlement for the repair which was costly from the solar company's insurance company. I attempted Arbitration last Sept but the Solar company and their lawyer refused to arbitrate. Almost 1 year later they are seeking to fleece me by saying I owe them more money and now they wish to arbitrate. The contract I have doesn't even align with how much they are asking. Their contract has lots of errors. In addition, they did not even review the system with me how to use and they provided zero Warranty service or support. The arbitration will proceed but I'd like the world to know my experience with them as I continue to leave reviews online. This is the worst company I have ever hired and almost 1 year later I still have repairs that need to happen to bring my property back from their negligence.Business response

This complaint and the whole case is frivolous and the client is trying to bully us by leaving bad review so he doesn't have to pay the remaining 17K that we are owed. This matter should be discussed in arbitration instead of online review boards. Just look at this companies google reviews and BBB standing that's all you need to know. They make up numbers out of thin air. I'm looking forward to arbitration which I wanted 1 year ago but this company refused -- the lawyer is all paid up for a fight so we will see what happens. Even this companies partners bad mouth them behind their back and want nothing to do with their poor treatment of customers. I've only begun to leave my accurate reviews of this company which I should have done 1 year ago. Still have Nextdoor, Facebook, Ripoffalerts.com and many others. I think all consumers should stand up for their rights. Pictures speak louder than words what this company did to family. They utterly destroyed all peace we had and 1 year later we are still dealing witht heir negligence. I had a little bit of hesitation when the local TV station reached out to me about my nightmare wish I did not then this would be on Dallas TV for everyone to see. No more hesitation on my part lets let the arbitration judge decide who ruined a family's peace and who is negligent. All this company sees is money nothing else.Initial Complaint

It has been over 7 months since I reached out to 1 Solar Solution and my solar panels still have no power. When the issues first happened (loss of power), a tech named Maxx came out and replaced a few fuses. However, a week later, the power went out again. I guess Maxx left the company and a new tech Tracy showed up. He was great and replaced a part on the main panel. However, there was still no power so he came back out and re-diagnosed the issue as a failed inverter. He contacted ********* and worked with his company to order a new inverter. This is where the real issues began. It sounds like Tracy left the company shortly after and he passed me off to someone named Zarman. After a few texts back and forth about getting the inverter replaced, nothing for weeks. I kept reaching out weekly. Zarman said that it was ordered but then another few weeks went by and said that because of supply chain issues in China, the inverter still hadn't come in. This was back in September. After countless emails, texts, phone calls, and voicemails, I've received maybe three responses, none helpful. Very unprofessional, incompetent, and embarrassing.Initial Complaint

I was working with Haris P**** of 1Solar Solutions to install solar panel in my home, while having some questions on battery back up, he told me that the design, approvals process take about 6 to 8 weeks, and urged me to sign immediately on 10/22 promising to start the work so that the installation will be completed by end of December and 25% deposit can be paid in couple of weeks after deciding on the battery back up. Not able to contact Haris, I had a call with Ali S***** on 11/4 and he told me that Haris has left the company and they can not start the work until 25% deposit is received and he told me that Zarman will be my main contact. So I paid 25% of the deposit on 11/4/2021 to Zarman, Zarman also confirmed me that the work will be completed before end of December and he will get the final design updated the very next day. Not seeing any update, I try to contact Zarman on 11/6. He texted on 11/9 that he had some family issues but will update the design in 30 minutes. Not seeing any update, contacted on 11/10. Now he told me that final design will be completed by end of 11/12 and the city permit will be applied in the week of 11/15 and in the same week HOA approval. Having seen no update, tried to contact Zarman on 11/15, 11/16. Finaly returned my call on 11/17 and told me that final design is done and he will send an email the next day with updates. Haven't received any email yet and till now city permit hasn't been applied. Ali had told me that he can be reached by message. I contacted Ali on 11/8, 11/10, 11/16 and 11/17. Finally on 11/17, Ali sent a text stating that he had some family issues and will call me later that day. Never received a call from Ali but only from Zerman. On 11/10 call with Zerman he told me that they have lost lot of employees and planning to hire. I am funding this project with my personal loan and depending on the federal credit in 2022 to pay back part of my personal loan. Having not started any work, I am doubtful now.
