      I purchased an online certification course:Certified Scrum Product Owner(CSPO) Certification Live Online Classroom that was scheduled for:Date: Apr 20 - Apr 21, 2024 Time: 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM I paid $USD ****** and my confirmation # is 65fb43ae555ee.The course was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.I immediately reached out to request a refund, so I can reschedule the course with an organization that offers 'guaranteed to run' classes. I do not want to risk cancellation again.I have received numerous emails from different representatives, spoke to several people on the phone, and everyone refused to send an email confirmation that a refund is being processed. All the employees interrupted me, demanding that I reschedule instead. When I told them I refused to reschedule in case the class would be cancelled with little to no notice, they insisted that the classes run - they do not, my original class was cancelled.I finally spoke to someone on Tuesday 4/30/24 who said I would receive a refund in ***** days and that he would send an immediate email confirming that a refund was being processed. I did not get the email, and missed 5 calls from that number while back at work. When I called back, 2 different people were not able to look up my file and figure out why I had missed calls - I was trying to make sure they didn't need any additional information from me before proceeding.Numerous of my emails have gone unanswered, all the reps have attempted to badger me into rescheduling instead, no one listened to my requests, no one will confirm that I can get my money back.This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and no customers should risk spending their money with this business. I have never filed such a complaint before, but $350 is a ton of money to lose on a service I did not receive.

      I finally received a communication from this company which included an estimated timeline for my refund. I have since received a credit to my account for the original amount paid, and I wish to drop this complaint. Thank you.

      Good Morning Below a recap of my experience with Knowledge Hut, and why I am still seeking to get a refund for a service that I haven't received and that I don't need at this time (as recommended per one of the companies advisors).On November 23, 2023 after having a conversation with one of knowledgeHut advisors I enrolled and paid for the Safe 6 *** certification for $2,199.09 (Two thousand one hundred ninety ninety nine and nine cents).Then, after further investigation, I agreed to participate and paid for into the SAFe 6 PO/PM certification which I joined and completed in December 2023. During the SAFe PO/PM training I learned more about the SAFE 6 road map, Knowledge hut's instructor was very helpful. Base on that knowledge gained. I decided not to pursuit the *** certification.Since late January I had emailed and talked over the phone with multiple Knowledge Hut employees, which confirmed my request was being reviewed and processed. Still after 4 months of back and forth my refund hasn't been completed. On April 15th, I received an email from Knowledge Hut saying issue was resolved that is not the case. And when I tried to contact someone, they can't give me an update nor, they can't process my refund. It has been 4 months since my initial refund request was submitted.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Knowledge Hut, regarding a SCRUM course. On 10/07/23, I officially requested a refund in the amount of $399.00 +interest due to Knowledge Hut technical issues the day of my course, which prevented me from taking the course. after several attempts to retain a refund, I finally received a notification on 11/10/23, assuring me that the refund would be processed within 15days. As of 12/18/23, I have yet to receive any information on the status of my refund despite multiple attempts to reach out to Knowledge Hut via email and phone calls. During a recent phone call on 12/18/23, I was hung up on by ******************* a customer service rep. **** blatant disregard for communication and refusal to provide a refund is both unprofessional and unacceptable. i believe this company false to adhere to their policy is frustrating, and i believe that I am being subjected to the runaround. I kindly request the Better Business Bureau to intervene and investigate this matter on my behalf. I seek assistance in resolving this issue, as Knowledge Hut behavior is not only inconvenient but also appears to be a breach of their commitment to adhere to their policy and customer services. Enclosed within this compliant please find copies of relevant email documentation, including my enrollment details receipt, refund request and any communication with Knowledge Hut.       I registered for a training course with Knowledgehut. The course was cancelled and I never received a refund. On 11/12/2023, I went to the website KNOWLEDGEHUT.COM and registered for the SAFE Scrum Master Certification Training Course, offered on Monday, 11/20/23 - Tuesday, 11/21/23. I paid $499.00 in full for the training course. I received an email on 11/12/13, thanking me for enrolling. On 11/13/23 I received an emailed receipt for the payment of $499.00. On Friday, 11/17/23, I received a call from a Knowledgehut representative informing me that the 11/20/23 SAFE Scrum Course was cancelled and I should take it on Saturday, 11/18/23. I refused and requested a refund. I didn't sign any documents stating the course fee wasn't refundable in the event of cancellation. The call was disconnected by the representative. I called back several times and eventually spoke with someone who sent me an email stating I would receive a refund in 15 days. On 11/20/23 I received an email from Knowledgehut thanking me for enrolling in a PMP Couse that I didn't enroll in. I called them and after going back and forth several times, they agreed that their system automatically enrolled me in the course and I didn't have to take it. 12/1/23 I received a call from a Knowledgehut representative asking me what is the problem. I requested a refund several times but the representative kept asking me what is the problem. I still haven't received a refund. They are giving me the run-around.

      I signed up for a course (SAFe RTE course) on the weekend of July 17th 2023. Three days before the course, knowledge hut canceled the session. Their reason for cancelation was enough people did not sign up. I have since asked for a refund but they've been avoiding to talk with me and hang up the call when they realize they are speaking with me.
