Capsules give you horrible rashes and a Niacin flush that lasts for hours. IF you exercise you will get horrible heart palpitations and high blood pressure. The company is shady and will not allow any negative feedback on their ******** page or website if you are trying to inquire with others about the reactions you are having. Any comment that does not glorify the product is denied or removed immediately. They charged me for an autoship that I canceled and my bank flagged it. They then suspended my account and charged me a fee for their mistake!! Why are the *** and BBB not investigating this company? Also, no customer service or live person to speak to, only email!Review from Tina N

Zero stars!!! This place has the worst customer service desk I have ever dealt with!! I have had several issues from them forgetting to mail product to a rash and now a new heart murmur that my doctor thinks may be from using the product. I thought I cancelled my auto ship, but I actually just pushed it out and they sent me an email saying the order was in processed. I immediately contacted them as it had not and still hasnt been sent out, yet they told me they will not stop the shipping and if I send it back I will get charged 10%. I honestly dont understand why they dont just stop it but then looking back at old messages, they argued over the rash I got telling me it was impossible even though it was the perfect shape of their sticker. They shorted me pills and argued with me over that! This company is shady! Buyer beware if you are thinking of ordering this product because if you have 1 little hiccup they treat you like a piece of crap!Review from Brooke V

I have used Thrive on and off for years and I recently started my diet again. Le-Vel is selling expired DFTs. They make the product look legit by having the visible expiration date of DFT newest, but when you open the product and view the other expiration dates on the dft, they state a year older. I have lost faith in Thrive due to unethical practices. I have made several complaints hoping for a resolution but they keep sending expired DFTs. Warning for all Thrivers to be aware of expiration dates.Review from Mara C

Thrive by Le-Bel gave me my life back!! Had it not been for these products, I wouldnt be able to function on a daily basis!! I too, have a reaction to the patches but I still wear them for at least 2 hours to get the benefits from them. Not everyones metabolism works with these products and those are the people complaining. The rest of us, over a million users, know the products work when used correctly. I will be a Thriver for life because my life was given back to me because of these products!! Even my friends and family will swear by them!! Dont be fooled or duped by some off the wall comments or reports that are incorrect! Try it for yourself!!Review from Ashley P

This company ***** they charged my bank account and wasn't suppose to and then they want to charge me 10% plus shipping to do a return. They have the worst service and their product dont even work thats why i canceled. Don't wast your money.Review from Jennifer O

Garbage. I ordered the 10 day detox and they sent me product that was produced about 2 years ago. I brought this to their attention and they said "The shelf life is good for 2 years". I took the product and felt nothing from it.I was credited $50 to order it again.I ordered it again but had to pay $12 for shipping.The product came in and again the manufactured date was over 2 years old.So much for high quality products and service. They are selling you products that have lost potency and have no effect.Review from Ashley G

I wanted to try Le-Vel for the longest, i but the bullet in January and ordered the 3 steps! Let me just say this I havent slept through the night since my oldest (4 y/o) was born. I have been sleeping through the night since Day 3. I am off my adderrall because I can actually focus and get things done without it! My energy is amazing and doesnt make me feel like Im gonna fall over midday! I just feel good. I feel happy. My confidence is coming back and Im not so self conscious. This is exactly what I wanted be happy, feel good!Review from Karen L
