            We used ******************** for several years, ending in 2018 when he ghosted us after failing to file our taxes for that year. Previous years ended with some bobbles that had me doing damage control with the **** but 2017/18 was the year when we paid, he delayed filing (it seemed at the time he was trying to use a multi-license tax program that had expired), we reached out, I kept the voice message where he committed to fixing it, then nothing.During out time with him, he moved his offices 3 times; the last appearing to be a space used by telemarketers or a call center (and maybe he got a key from a friend).We have since only done business with **** since their fees are similar and they have their state licenses to protect.
