I signed up for the service to not having to take out and pay every time, I moved from Texas and called to cancel my account there was never an answer and when I did speak to someone about cancelling my order they hung up on me and keep charging my account. 8/24 at **** My newly bought car went through the wash, the attendant wasnt paying attention, wasnt lining up the wheels, just telling people to pull forward. I heard a loud screech pulling in, he nodded and mouthed it was okay, then I come out of the wash and scrapes were all on the edge of my wheel. Oh and I was the third person in a row with damage at this time.Business response

Dear BBB: The customer met with us last week Thursday (8/26/21) and after taking a look at the scratch on her wheel it was very clear that the scratch never occurred at the our car wash in that if a scratch would happen in the tunnel it will not be isolated but would be on the entire circumference of the rim because of the length of travel in the tunnel. Moreover the scratch had rust in it evidencing that it was an old scratch & not what happened on the day she claimed - which was our position the very day she for the wash. Despite these however, the customer requested & received a check (see copy below) for the sum of $250.00 in compensation for the full/final satisfaction & subsequent release of any liability by SpeedClean Car Wash. The understanding was that she will use the said sum for the wheel repair.
As a responsible corporate entity we take our responsibility to customers very seriously and we provide a safe environment & equipment to ensure customers vehicles are safe/protected in the wash process. We hope ****************** use to get the wheel fixed as she requested.

I am rejecting this response because:they continue to lie and say that it did not happen there and that there was rust in the scratches, which isnt true, in the picture I provided you could see the fresh scratches to the wheel because there were also fresh scratches to the tire, as evidenced by the white scratches on the tire. I had already stated that the scratches were due to the employee not directing me to straighten my wheel leading to the tracks scraping my wheel until it corrected to the alignment, which would mean it would make sense the scratches were not the entire circumference of the wheel. I did not request a check, they offered me a check, the man also stated that I could ask for the insurance information if I decided to go that route. I did not sign anything releasing them from obligation to the incident. He insisted that they could not pay the full amount to replace the wheel which is about $700, and gave me $250 via check and said I could still go the insurance route if I chose but refused to pay for it to be replaced.
