    Service **** review My 2019 traverse has been in their shop twice in six months for A/C repair and its once again not blowing cold air. I have spent over $1500 since February and it still has a leak. They told me that parts break, but Im not sure they are even replacing the correct part. The last time it was in their shop in June, I told them that I would have to wait for repairs because of the estimated cost. Their service writer (chase) threatened to drain all of the Freon out of the car even though it was working when I brought it in and it was 100 degree heat in *****. I had to get the dealership owner involved.

    In response to *************************** complaint about her 2019 ***** Traverse and air conditioning repairs. She has had her vehicle in a few times over the last several months for a/c concerns. The first time we diagnosed it was back in February 2023. We did a dye test and did not detect a leak. ************** performed an evac and recharge of the freon to ensure it was at the correct freon capacity. In March, she returned with the same concern. After diagnosis, we found high-side and low-side ports leaking. They were replaced and recharged with freon. All systems are working properly and cooling at the recommended temperature. In June, she returned with a/c not cooling. After diagnosis, we found hoses to the compressor and condenser leaking, which had not been detected in prior visits. So we replaced those hoses. We recharged, and all systems are working normally. We discounted this repair by $500 to show goodwill for her troubles. We also did not charge for two other visits when we diagnosed and recharged Freon. After seeing several posts on ********* we reached out several times to **** and left voicemails letting her know that we wanted to correct and address her issues. We emailed her after not responding for several days, and she eventually replied. She said her air is blowing cold on the driver's vents but not blowing cold on the passenger side. We asked her to bring it in, and we would provide a loaner car to assist her with transportation. She said she would try to stop by in about a week or so, and we could look at her concerns. She asked if we would charge her for the diagnosis, and we responded that we would not charge her. She stated after we tell her what's wrong, she wants to take it to another repair facility to confirm. We replied that she could and to let us know what else we can do to rectify the situation. Her a/c system has had several different issues over the last several months that were not related. We are here to help and want nothing but a satisfied customer.
