I found Platinum Air Services on Facebook. I also looked them up on BBB. All I saw were positive comments about the service. So, I called them up and Mr. C***** answered. He came over the same day. He explained everything that was going on with my unit and fixed it. Mr. C***** was professional and got the job done. Everything I read prior to the service, I can attest is true. I will definitely use Platinum Air Services for my maintenance in the future.

Edgar was wonderful. He worked with the air conditioner warranty company and got my part replaced. Then he solved a problem 4 other companies couldn't. When I called late on day 1, Delmy scheduled Edgar for that very next morning to come and assess our heating vent issue. By 9:30 the next morning, Edgar was at my door and ready to diagnose the problem. He not only diagnosed it, but he fixed it within an hour.
