I purchased an E trike from Massimo motors last summer. I received the trike delivered to my home in early August. The original trike was physically damaged with a broken charger. After several weeks of trying to get in touch with them, I finally heard back they blamed the damage on the delivery company, but said they would replace the trike, I drove to Garland ***** from Houston exchange the trike which appeared to be in good working condition. The trike was only used a few times by my son to go to a gas station thats about half a mile from my house so it only has 4 miles on it , it was not used over the winter months so it stayed in my garage. And in January when I went into my garage for something else, I hear this loud rapid clicking after a few minutes. I determined it was the trike so I realize the battery was going dead, so I tried charging it For hours. Most times the charger does not even activate. It just has a greenlight like the batteries are fine and full charged. *** tried disconnecting the batteries and charging them individually the charger then just flashes like the batteries are damaged. I ordered a second charger just to see if that was the issue and it still does not work. The batteries are bad , I have contacted Massimo several times over the last few months. Ive only had one response where they said they were going to contact the tech department to see what I needed to do that has been two months ago. I have emailed at least four times since directly to the people I dealt with with the first trike and at this point, they do not respond to my emails at all.
