I am writing this review mainly for bad business. I recently took two of my vehicles in to get A/C work done. I took my wife's vehicle in first, because her A/C went out before mine started having issues. I talked to the manager at the time a guy named (******) he promised me everything would get done correctly and in a timely manner. I received a call the same day that her A/C was good to go. Picked the vehicle up and everything checked out as promised. Side note the receipt that I received was not filled out correctly. At this time I was unaware. The bill was a little high, but I didn't mind because my wife's A/C was back up and rolling. A few weeks go by and my A/C starts to act up so since (******) and ***************************** did such a good job I said I will just take it there to get fixed. I take my truck and explained to (******) what's going on and he said leave it, we will check it out and give you a call. I get a call to let me know what the issue is and how much it will be. I agreed and gave him the go ahead because, it's definitely hot in *****. After it was all said and done my Ac was blowing cold and working like a champ. Again the service was great and the receipt did not show everything that was done on my truck. He said I needed some more work done and to bring it back in two weeks, because they needed to order the parts and they were out of stock. I said ok that works. I had been using my A/C on a regular and I accidentally turned my switch to heat. The A/C stops working completely. I call the shop and try to get in touch with ******. They told me ****** is not working there anymore. So I asked to speak with the manager. There is a new manager now who goes by "H" he tells me to bring my truck in and they'll check it out. I leave it overnight, get a call from H and tells me the parts are good but can't do anything about the a/c not working. I find out ****** has been fired for lying to customers. My truck still has not been fixed.
