I got my 2018 ****** rouge from forest auto finance About a year ago. They have not been communicating to me about my car besides replacing my engine, which I had told them not to to replace My engine. They had replaced my engine anyway without my consent, failed to replace my catalytic converter. Gaslighted me told me that they replaced my engine I had to go and get a diagnostic test done by another shop to find out my catalytic converter is the issue after getting Brand new tires and a alignment. My car has been in the shop since I needed a new AC compressor and radiator. I have been without my car for 4 months if not more for some time! I have told them to replace my car plenty of times or give me a rental car have not been done. I have called multiple times at some point to multiple people they dont know whats going on with my car they dont even know that my car was in the shop for at some time. I dont think it fair to pay or i should get a replacement car that is needed with the time spent.Initial Complaint

I was in need of a vehicle and came across Forest *********. I was interested in 1 which was a Tiguan by *********** I called to set up to test drive, I also saw an Audi Q7 which was not what I wanted to pay for at the time. Upon arrival at the car lot in ******* the sales rep which was a young lady had paperwork on the Audi vehicle and the warranty paper work, which is no longer employed at the dealership. I waited about 2 1/2 hours before they bought the Audi to test drive mind you never bought the Tiguan vehicle which I asked about numerous of times because thats the one I wanted to see. When the Audi was bought over I seen parts of the car needed to be replaced tires which were all bad and I drove it about ************************but after I put ******* down and had a balance of ******* left I thought I could take it home. I was told to wait til the following Monday to pick it up(June 2023) so it could be detailed. Monday came I took the vehicle home which was still not detailed. The dealership had to come back and pick it up on Wednesday the same week due to the vehicle not running. They keep the car over 2 1/2 weeks. When I got the car back (7/2023) I was able to drive it a week then the oil light and over heating light came on so the dealership came and got the vehicle again at this time it was a week(7/2023). Each time I was left without transportation to work or home. The car was still running bad making all kinds of noises when I tried to start it up, some days it would start and other days I prayed for it to start. All this time not missing a car note which my account was turned over to ************ finance, which had issues receiving my payment from the dealership stating they didnt have the money, which I had paid for that month (12/23). My monthly payments have been on time and the rest of the deposits was paid. I have replaced all the tires due them being bad meaning the wire was showing on the tires which was a safety issue as well. At this point I am having to put anti freeze and oil in the vehicle every other week to just keep going mean while I am telling the dealership the trouble I am having with the car. I was told the mechanic had to go back home due to his mother being sick in the mean time, the vehicle stopped running 3 (9/23, 10/23, 11,23)more times which they sent a mechanic to fix the car on my apartment parking lot and the last time the mechanic that fixed it, broke the spark plugs off in the motor didnt know that until I went to get an oil change (12/23) and the technician took a picture and told me that the spark plugs were broke off in the motor. The technician said that the oil was so black it had never been changed which was the reason it was smoking so bad. I have asked this dealership to put me in another vehicle I have been refused each time and was told that they had no more vehicles. So I have been renting vehicles to get around due to fact they have not tried to accommodate me in manner and told me to get a friend or someone to take you to work. I have had this car for 9 months and out of those month I have been able to drive it about 4 months cause it is always down or running bad. For the month of February I have had 3 rental cars and the run around because the car was picked on 2-13-24 for not running the week before and today as we speak still have the car and have been told just today that it will be about sometime around the 2nd week of March 2024 before I get the vehicle back. I call now and I get sent to voice mail. The dealership has my car and the money I have put towards this car I am still spending money to try and get around town and to work. This month (2/24) I have not paid a at note it went to trying to rent a vehicle to get to work so I want loose my jobs.
