Defective/Cheap item. Ordered a dress that was rushed, so many visible faults, including the stitching. The only solution was a (return) for store credit! I would never ever purchase from their business again. False advertising, their products are NOT what is sent to the customer! BUYERS BEWARE stay away from this scam business! They're stealing designs and "attempting" to make it in their chop shop, then sell it at ridiculous prices!Review from Mikaela A.

I was a bit skeptical about ordering because of the reviews but IÂ’m happy to say that I absolutely loved my dress. I did run in to a bit of an issue as I did not realize I ordered a non ready to ship dress. However, customer service was very responsive and was able to switch and ship my order to a ready to ship the same day! I will definitely be shipping with them again.Review from Mikaela A.

I ordered a dress from Amekana for my brothers wedding. I received it the dress was cheaply made. I informed them about it and they sent me the address where to return the dress. I sent the dress back via USPS and had tracking number to make sure they received it. The package got there and I informed them that I tracked it and it's saying it was delivered. The person told me give them a few days and someone will contact me. This kept going on for 2 months now. Then they finally gonna tell me they didn't receive it. They said called USPS and they said I didn't put a suite number. So that's why they didn't receive it. I told them I did put the complete address including the suite number. And if your saying the address is incomplete they would've sent me back the package. Now they telling me there is nothing they can't do for me. So basically I lost 223.00 of my hard earned money. You got my money and your cheap dress back. And I have nothing. Smh I will never ever order from this boutique or any other online boutique store ever again. My order came. It looked like it was rushed, and falling apart. I tried it on the zip broke instantly. The mesh they used for the front rubbed on the sleeve and pulled it. The item cannot be worn again. I contacted them about it there reply was take it to the store and have it fixed. I wont pay 200 dollars for something I can only wear once! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! AND THE CLOTHS CHEAPLY MADE!
