I had ordered a custom glass piece for the top of my desk. When it was installed I did not notice the streak marks on the left hand side right away. I tried to clean the streak marks thinking it had not been cleaned properly by the installers. The streak marks did not go away so I lifted the glass and tried to clean it from underside. The streak marks did not go away. The are scratches. Unfortunately, since I had double the work load I did not have the opportunity to call Garland Glass right away and did not know that the glass was only warrantied for 5 days. So when I called 3 months after the install, after trying to get someone on the phone which was near impossible, the young lady Amanda said they would need to get in touch with me and retemplate the furniture top for a replacement piece. Since it had been weeks since I spoke with Amanda, I kept trying to call and could not get someone on the phone. I tried about 6 weeks after my last call again and had to call 3 times to get someone on the phone and I was told by Rama that they would not replace the glass. Well it cost $302 for a glass top for my desk to replace it.
