I paid $9000 on October 2, 2023 to purchase the mentorship program that offers exclusive insights and step-by-step instructions for building a successful private label business through Amazon FBA. I was promised a small class size (***** participants) per each class session and because of this small class size and clear step-by-step instructions, this mentorship guarantees a high success rate. However, the actual service received significantly deviates from the promised description, and the merchant's business practices are questionable. I've been trying to reach the business to request a cancellation and a full refund but no response. Key discrepancies include: - Class size: The class size consistently exceeds the promised ***** participants, reaching over 30+ participants, significantly diminishing the value and quality of the mentorship. - Session Quality: The class sessions consistently fail to meet the promised high quality, marked by evasive responses to questions, a lack of clear, step-by-step instructions exacerbated by the overwhelming class size. The committed high-quality was a critical factor in my decision to choose this service, and the combined impact of these issues resulted in a low-quality service that was not as described.- Consulting 1:1 call: My initial agreement guaranteed 3 calls per instructor and with 3 instructors, totaling 9 calls. However, the newly revised terms in place without honoring the original terms now reduces to only 3 consulting calls total, for any additional calls, extra charge will incur. - Success rate: Despite assurances of a high success rate from discussions with ***************, my interactions with program participants reveal a relatively low success rate, inconsistent with program representations. In addition, the discovered low-quality class sessions expect to create a low success rate, not as the program described.
