            order boots on line for a Christmas gift. December 26th reached out to the merchant, the boots were defective , they were different sizes could not be worn. they asked for pictures which I sent - they then asked for pictures with a ruler. the issue was the inside of the boot. the pictures I sent were of the boots in their original packaging They are now saying that their return policy is 3 days from receipt of shipment - given they were a Christmas gift that was not possible Their customer service would only send "canned" emails I am writing in hopes you are able to obtain a refund to my credit card and to have the site shut down to prevent this from happening to others thank you

            ZalooStore is terrible company to deal with. On November 3, 2021 at 8:21 pm, I ordered a pair of Amayboots from this company. I never received the pair of boots. I have been in contact with my banking institution to get a refund in the amount of $64.98. This company had the nerve to convey to my banking institution that the order was shipped and that I received the shipment. I am so very disappointed that this company is still allowed to sell products.
