ZalooStore is terrible company to deal with. On November 3, 2021 at 8:21 pm, I ordered a pair of Amayboots from this company. I never received the pair of boots. I have been in contact with my banking institution to get a refund in the amount of $64.98. This company had the nerve to convey to my banking institution that the order was shipped and that I received the shipment. I am so very disappointed that this company is still allowed to sell products.

This store should be investigated by the FTC(Federal Trade Commission) They are so unethical, to the point of being SLIMEY. I ordered some boots from their "Winter Warm Sale". I received some boots that barely resembled what I ordered. There was no packing slip, and the return address was a ware import warehouse in Southern California. These boots were missing a tie strap, the zipper didn't work, and there was glue smeared on the paperlike material that they called leather. On 10/12 i purchased 4 pair boots. They were too small and I have been begging for bigger ones with no answer, Can you get me a refund or bigger sizes. I really liked the boots.

Ordered a pair of boots that took forever to arrive and only after I finally got a response from the manager did they arrive. The boots are of a poor quality and not what was advertised. Tried to get a refund but it's not worth the hassle they make a person go through with no assurance that the refund would ever happen. The contact numbers and email address for the company are invalid.so it is practically impossible to receive any customer service. This is a terrible company and should be investigated by the appropriate government agency. If it were possible, this company deserves a negative star rating.Review from Rhonda N

Request to return shoes as they are not leather as advertised but a cheap version of plastic. They do not want me to send them back and are making me jump through hoops to prove they are wrong size or defective. I would not even give them one star if I could. I am still in the process of trying to resolve and will contact whom I must to get them to stop false advertisements.Review from Ellen E

I bought a pair of navy blue shoes. When they arrived they were bright blue. When they sent me a notice about shoes I tried to reply to their e-mail, sent pictures of shoes and a picture of pkg, but when I used their e-mail address to reply, it was an invalid e-mail. I tried to call several times, but got answer that mail box was full. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They just sent me a letter, but according to the company I did not try to contact them when they sent me e-mails. This is a false statement as I tried several times to return the shoes.Review from D W

Misleading - company uses online name "Click4Coupon" with same address **** ***** Ct, Garland, TX XXXXX, US. Place online order for size 9, vendor now saying I place order for size 6 and is not refunding purchase price for either a system error or bait and switch process!Review from Janice M

After complaining to the BBB because of not hearing anything from this company, thinking it was a scam, I finally received my order. I'm happy with the boots I got but I'll wait on commenting on the quality until I've worn them this winter.
