      Berrett Pest Control has been my go to for all pest control problems. They are prompt and address all my pest problems. I highly recommend them. I am a realtor and they have always been prompt and take care of my clients. Give them a call.

      On 9 May ******************************************************************************** my attic. There had been sounds of movement across the roof and I wanted to be assured the sounds were not actually in the attic. The inspector briefly assessed my home, spending less than 3 mins in the attic, he then relayed to me that I had mice. He stated this discovery was confirmed by the type of droppings he found as well as a couple other obvious signs. I was given a quote of $783 to seal 5 external entries and to place mouse traps in the attic. I agreed to the service and was scheduled for a couple days later. The next day, I recalled the inspector showing me pictures of a different issue he discovered with my roof but I thought, why didnt he show me pictures of what he saw pertaining to my rodent infestation which should have been of more importance. Therefore, I went into the attic to inspect for myself. Although I am not a professional in this line of work, I was confident that there was no validity to what Id been told the day prior when I did not witness any rodent activity, droppings, or tracks. I then hired a second company to come out and without mentioning any details of what had taken place with the Berrett inspector I had the new company check my attic/perimeter of my home for rodent activity. My assumption was confirmed when I was assured that there wasnt ANY signs of mice in my attic or around my home. However, to reassure myself, I moved forward with sealing the entry points and trap placement. 3.5 wks later there hasnt been any mice caught in the various traps left in/around my home.I am persuaded this inspector blatantly deceived me, and commenced to charging an outlandish fee of nearly $800 for a problem that didnt exist. This is egregious abuse of consumers and should be punishable by law. I was taken advantage of by this person because Im a woman and he obviously didnt expect me to investigate this matter further. Consumers beware!

      Ive been a customer of *********************** for approximately nine years. Every technician Ive experienced has been knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and kind. ******* who responded to my call was also very knowledgeable and professional.

      Service is okay but the customer service could be one of the worst. Being a monthly service customer for about 2 years. On February 28th, we requested to switch our service to Quarterly and expect the new service will be started in May. BPC then sent O, a tech to appraise for new quarterly service. After inspected, O offered to send a complement (free) service before the new ***************** to start. Then we received a bill from BPC for ************* and additional service (supposed to be complement/free). We have contacted the customer service more than 3 times to ask BPC for a correction but they keep saying that they couldn't fix it. The worst part is recently, we are called once every few days, asking for a payment. And warn us that If we don't pay, they will turn over to a collector.So, if you don't want to deal with this hassle, stay away from their customer service.

      Absolute pleasure to have ****, our technician at Berrett's, treat our home for pests. I know this may sound odd, but he feels like part of the family! Pets love him, kids love him, we love him! We can't wait to see you again in 3 months ****!! THANK YOU :)
