    If I could rate this company a ZERO I definitely would. They lack customer service and are complete LIARS from the start. I took my android phone *************** to have the battery replaced on Jan 9, 2023. they looked at my phone and advised that they could replace the battery. They ordered the battery for my phone online and said It would take approx. 2-4 days for my phone to be delivered to them. The cost was $75 ($81.19 with Tax) I paid in full on Jan. 9, 2023. I received a repair receipt and my credit card receipt at that time. I received a call my phone was ready on Saturday Jan. 14, 2023 battery arrived. I said I would not be able to come in until Monday Jan. 16, 2023 The man advised that would be fine. I came in around noon on Monday Jan. 16, 2023 I left my phone while I went to lunch, came back to pick up my phone about 40 mins later, this is when they advised the batter they bought was too big for my phone it did not fit, so they had another batter from a new phone and told me not to worry they would fix me right up, I expressed concern about the batter from another phone they kept saying do not worry (this is ***** and the Owner who was sitting on a computer at that time). They added the supposedly new battery from a new phone and brought my phone and said for my troubles here's a gift for you ( that was a charging cord). The phone was having the same issues as when I took it, when I got the phone it had a full charge, after the charge went down I noticed it was taking a while 5-6 hours to charge my phone, I expressed concern to my co worker who was with me both times when I dropped my phone off and picked it up. I took my phone back on Jan. 30, 2023 around 12:10pm ***** came from the back smiling saying I remember you I advised my phone batter was not new and wanted new batter he then as for the receipt, took it and wrote on that receipt "No Warry" on the COST line of the receipt told me warranty was over they were not replacing my battery.

    first of all we have told you that warranty is only 30 days of one repair if you come back and get the repair done the warranty gonna be from that day also we gave you original battery from a brand new phone i dont understand what is bothering you if you are not happy with service we told you we can give you the refund

    I just saw this comment today and I am really shocked at the response. After all of the untruths that were told to me in YOUR STORE, do you think I would allow you access to my phone again. **** No! You took my receipt and wrote no warranty on the receipt when I came back in the store, you know what I do not have to lie about any of this, I have the receipts all THREE OF THEM. the original that says 30 days when I dropped of my phone and the second one that says 2 weeks that you gave when I picked up my phone and when I came back to tell you that this new battery was not in fact a new battery you put in at all you took my receipt never even looked at my phone and told me (wrote on the receipt as well) no warranty. Good thing I made a copy of the receipt before I came to your store. You are shady and not worth doing business with. I will definitely see you in court!
