            Our experience renting a property with Texas Elation was a nightmare. They are very communicative when they want your money, but we had nothing but problems after. We were moved into a house that wasnt ready. We had to go weeks without running water and people under our home because the pipes needed changing, something they assured ** wouldnt be a big issue. Our air conditioning unit stopped working not once but twice in July leaving ** to sleep on our living room floor. The floors oozed with glue and they ripped them up leaving ** with concrete for months. They never notified with proper timing or responded to my scheduling conflicts when wanting to come in the home. We added a gutter to the house because the overwhelming flooding in back we werent told about. I have every picture, video and document of their disturbances. We just received our deposit refund, they kept almost $1000. Mind you they keep a non refundable pet deposit but still charge $300 for cleaning carpets and $500 for touching up walls. The guys who work on the house, plumping, they are all great. Not this property company.

We do understand your concerns but we have always maintained an open line of communication with you and have made every effort to accommodate your needs, particularly since you work from home. We valued your relationship and empathize with your frustration over the unexpected repairs. Although the repairs were unexpected and outside of our control, we recognized the importance of your job and attempted to find a vendor who could complete repairs outside of business hours, but unfortunately, it was not feasible. Despite this, we made every effort to complete the repairs on your schedule. If something was overlooked or inaccurate, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to correct it.Our company prioritizes excellent customer service and finding reliable vendors to complete repairs efficiently. We do understand your concerns and would have appreciated it if you had contacted ** directly so that we could have resolved the issue. Thank you for your feedback.
