    I was told, in recorded phone conversation talking to cars & Credit Master account manager (6 months ago from May 2024) that I could refinance my ***************************** May 2024. I purchased the Mustang in October 2022 at one of Cars & Credit Master, then 3 car lots in *******. Since then all 3 car lots in ******* are permanently closed. These payments are very high and cars marked way up for people with low to no credit. I pay over $1,100 a month for this 2017 Foed Mustang Ecoboost, car ************** I have 3.5 years to go. I was looking forward to refinancing this month. I have received other offers for refinance. I really need a break. These payments are way too high to continue and these people should be honest. Reminder: theres multiple recorded conversations about me refinancing at 1.5 years or trading in car at 2 years. NOW I call to get ready fir this A N D I'M NOW TOLS I HAVE to go online and read to see if I qualify then apply. NOW online has 2 years for refinance-THIS IS SOME CROOKED A** SH*T!!I don't recommend them at all. I went in for a ****** Camry that was promised and was already sold when I got there an hour later. My car needs a catalytic converter & manual transmission wearing-both $$$ jobs...on top of already high car payment.Someone needs to be held accountable for what I was told ON RECORDED lines.I should be able to refinance this car...these payments are kicking my a**. Car costing me almost as much as my rent. I deserve someone to take accountability. Customer ********************** about refinancing doesn't need to act like the IRS..LAWD halp.."customer **********************" is NO longer "customer **********************".I'm tired of the back and forth. At this point-maybe *******, ****** News channels should be informed. I'm tired of being taken advantage of and talked to like a dog and I can't do anything about it

    First off let's just say the calls are annoying ! They used a 3rd party app capped prepay to make payments and I scheduled a a payment arrangement on the site and they call you everyday every other hour even if your 1 day late and calling your references... you can speak to a rep and another will continue to call you all through out the day. Like how many times came ccms call a day ?
