On Sept 1, 2023, I dropped my ******* Malinois off for both **************** obedience for a cost of $8,000.I have attached description of what to expect after training. After picking her up on 12/29/2023, I text both ****** and ****** explaining to them she does not have any on or off leash control. I also mentioned that another trainer here locally tried to work with ******* to see if he could get any results. His opinion was she did not have 4 months of training. He was getting the same results that I was. ****** responded to the text and told me to give her a week to settle down. ****** told me the trainer here locally probably will say anything to get money out of me. Also said dogs are not robots along with some other negative feedback. My dog has been to three local trainers here in the DFW area this month (January ****) and they all say the same thing that my dog should know commands for 4 months of training. All three trainers have credentials as dog trainers. Not only did I not get what I paid for. My dog has problems that now. Will cost me time and money to fix. Cowering, hand shy, will not retrieve, pulls on a leash. Goes nuts when my phone vibrates, when you try to put a leash on her she just cowers to the floor or tries to get away from you. She does not have the confidence she had when I dropped her off September 1st, 2023. thought it was strange when picking her up they did not show me anything they worked on. She was out of control when I picked her up. Just running around not obeying anything. ****** made the comment she is just excited. He also commented that 4 months was just not enough time. With the advanced ******************* training my dog doesn't even come close to the description of what they say they will train my dog to do. Now I have to send her to another trainer and in addition have all the problems they created fixed. The road will be much longer and harder now with my dog. They did not train as they described.
