On 04/07/21 we were rear ended at a red light. A rep of Allegiance Mobile Health was in the lane beside us. We told him we did not need medical attention but he called an ambulance which we did not use. We are being billed ****** for a wreck we did not cause, for an ambulance we did not want and told him we did not need and they have turned this over to a collection agency.Business response

I am responding to complaint ID ********. We have reversed the charges and closed the both accounts in question following review. I spoke with the client on 11/08/21 advising him to disregard the previous ********. Both accounts have been closed which was found satisfactory to the complainant.
