My vehicle was missed diagnosed by the this collision center i took my vehicle to get repaired to this collision center at first it was hard to get in touch with someone to get an update and some Q&A after the four week I of no call backs I showed up and talk to konstant she apologized we had talked for a minute she was going to look into it telling me I should have contact her in the first place we spoke and then I left the next week I got a call from **** from what he tells me he is an owner we talked. he gives me his word that it will be ready on a certain day again my vehicle was not ready and I start to get the run around again. Fast forward a bit they say my vehicle is ready I go and pick it up soon as I leave their driveway it gives a hard pull and it won't go past 40 it shuts off on me in the middle of the street I immediately call them while I'm stuck in the street turn the vehicle back on and went straight back to collision drop it off. I call again to get updates telling them this is taking way too ***************** the guy I talked to said he will look into giving me a rental. it will be a couple hours. I waited a couple hours to get a text message saying there is a wait for rentals couldn't find one. I call an Enterprise rental place and they had a vehicle so I text him and told **** that was a lie what you told me and frustrated. I get a call from konstant telling me she had found a vehicle at Enterprise that I can go pick it up. Now there saying it's a transmission problem they are sending me an invoice to where to get it fixed wanting me to pay at of my pocket $6,000... I paid my deductible my insurance has gave them money I'm tired of calling and getting the runaround with them I need some assistance.they didn't want to proceed with repairs looking into the trans mission problem. If this was digionse right at the beginning this wouldn't be a problem. I feel they wanted the insurance moneyto fix the body.There internal trying to put the burden on me.Business response

Yes I had to take matters into my own hands because I was getting no help from the collision center and I personally resolved this issue on my own they should be ashamed for taking no responsibility on the transmission when my transmission was just fine when I drove it there and I did end up getting my Jeep transmission replaced through warranty that I paid for because nothing is free. I no longer need to be in contact with the collision center since I took care of this issue on my own!
