I SCHEDULED THE CUSTOMER TWICE TO COME IN SO WE COULD TAKE A LOOK AT HER ***** WE HAD TO WAIT FOR THE BRACKETS FOR HER *****TO COME IN BEFORE WE COULD SCHED. HER BACK IN. (I'M NOT SURE WHY SHE WAITED ALMOST 2 YEARS TO CONTACT US) OUR **** MNGR. CAME IN ON HIS DAY OFF SO HE COULD COMPLETE HER ***** ON 5/10/24, HE ALSO STAYED LATE ON THURS. 5/9/24 AND WORKED ON THE ***** , THE **** MNGR. PUT ON NEW BRACKETS, AND WE REPAINTED THE ***** BUMPER. WE PROMISED HER VEHC WOULD BE READY BY FRIDAY 5/10/24 AND IT WAS, I CALLED THE CUSTOMER TO LET HER KNOW IT WOULD BE READY ON FRIDAY 5/10/24, SHE SAID SHE DID NOT WANT TO TAKE OFF WORK AND IF WE COULD LOCK THE **** INSIDE ON THE ***** AND PARK IT IN *****. AND THAT SHE WILL PICK IT UP AFTER WORK, I COMMUNICATED WITH HER SEVERAL TIMES WHILE HER VEHC WAS BEING REPAIRED...

9/28/22 THE CUSTOMER CAME IN, TECH. ************************ THE LOOSE FRNT BUMPER -
4/03/24 - CUSTOMER CALLED ABOUT THE CLIPS AND HER BUMPER IS SAGGING NOW? NOW SHE SAID THE PAINT WAS CHIPPING ON THE BUMPER... SAID SHE WAS EXPECTING A CALL BACK, AND THAT WE NEVER CALLED HER BACK. I ADVISED HER THAT ON 9/28/22 WE ASSUMMED WHEN SHE CAME BACK IN THE ISSUE WAS TAKEN CARE OF..
THE CUSTOMER IS CLAIMING WE USED OLD BRACKETS ON HER BUMPER, WHIS IS NOT TRUE, WE DID NOT LEARN UNTIL 4/3/24 THAT HER FRNT. BUMPER PAINT WAS PEELING. AND WE SCHEDULED. HER IN TO HONOR OUR WARRANTY. IN WHICH WE DID.
WE DID ADDRESS THE ISSUES ON HER ***** AND HAVE COMPLETED THE REPAIRS, WE OFFER A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON OUR REPAIRS AND HONOR THEM.. ANY QUESTIONS I CAN BE REACHED AT ******************
