1 Provide a care plan to my insurance prior to work being preformed, this is done so you know what your responsibility is and if YOU the patient can afford it, if the patient can not then adjustments need to be made in the care plan BEFORE work begins!! (Side note, I was over adamant about this as the work was a gift to me by my oldest son and I needed to know my exact responsibility!!!) 2 Trying to get them to remove/update my dependent son off of their books as the responsible party was a nightmare, this went on for almost 2 years, calling him and sending him correspondence. We have a new system 3 Charging for work not done, we went back and forth on this, until I Finally received a call from the office manager apologizing we have a new billing system and that they could either refund me the $280 (been so long it may of been more or less but it was over $200 I have to go back into my Wolf Ranch Dental file) or apply it to my next visit 5 EVERY visit I stopped at the desk to ask if there was any payment needed and or to schedule my next appointment.6 Last appointment was for the THIRD appt at seating of my protheses. I walked out with something TOTALLY different from what we had talked about in the care plan and it was never talked about as an option. The thing fit so I accepted it, figuring the doctor knew best. That was my last visit. I had full prior to the seating of that appliance. I Stopped at the desk to make and appointment for my next cleaning due in 6 months they bid me fair well.7 A year later I get a billno sorry MY SON gets the bill for over $500 dollars!!! Still sending him the bills, and of course the nightmare begins again. No communication for a YEAR!!! Paid in full and now I have an outstanding balance! And once again One of their Excuses was we have a new billing system SMH. No what YOU have is a balance Wolf Ranch Dental not me! 8 This correspondence to BBB will be added to my Wolf Ranch Dental file.
