This website support service vendor is harassing me and violating my right to privacy. For more than a year now, they have been emailing me daily and phoning me weekly or more frequently (3 times today actually, *****************-661-0655, and other phone numbers) to argue with me about why I should hire them to upgrade my website. I have no interest in their service and I have told them that numerous times. I have asked them numerous times to stop calling me, but they keep calling. If I ask to speak to a supervisor, they hang up, claiming that I am wasting their time. This chronic harassment and intrusion is now affecting my mental health. They are phoning me on a private, unpublished phone number. When I conduct a web search concerning this company, I see that there are many other people in my situation. Can you help? Do you need me to collect specific types of information to assist you with this? Is there another agency that I should contact if this is not your concern?

This company engages in SPAM and unsolicited techniques. Even after multiple emails and blocked phone numbers (at least 2 so far). This company continued to attempt to contact me. They used a gmail address to attempt to provide a service that was never documented or confirmed. When confronted, they continued to lie and attempt to contact from additional phone numbers while ignoring multiple requests to stop contacting me.Buyer be ware. If a company can't be upfront and truthful about who they are and are attempting to harass you, they are NOT reputable and worth doing business with. There are plenty of other companies that do NOT engage in these SPAM and deceptive tactics. Thank you,******************* ShoesOptional, LLC

I am writing to formally report an egregious case of fraud and willful intent to deceive by DM Tech Labs, a digital marketing company that engaged in a contractual relationship with *******************. Our collaboration with DM Tech Labs commenced on November 2, 2022, to submit indexable website pages to ****** to index. and increasing our revenue. The core of our complaint lies in the significant discrepancies between the services promised and those delivered. DM Tech Labs was initially hired due to their purported expertise, which was substantiated by an audit conducted on our company, followed by the presentation of a comprehensive report. This report highlighted various deficiencies on our website, including errors, broken links, and other issues. For the privilege of their services, we were charged a substantial fee of $495. The central promise was that these issues would be promptly rectified within a six-month period, culminating in the proper indexing of all pages on ******* leading to a substantial boost in website traffic and revenue. By May 2023, it became evident that the promised results were not materializing. Our website still suffered from errors, and our ******** pixel was NOT set up. To add insult to injury, our sales and website traffic remained subpar compared to the monthly SEO service fee we were incurring. This is when DM Tech Labs recommended an additional $200, increasing our monthly fee to $695 effective March 1, 2023. This was in exchange for setting up the ******** pixel, configuring the new ****** G4 setup, and resolving ****** Merchant Center errors. May 2023, it became evident that the promised results were not materializing. Our website still suffers from errors, and our ******** pixel is not set up. To add insult to injury, our sales and website traffic remain subpar compared to the monthly SEO service fee paid. September 1, 2023, marked the need for us to downgrade our SEO package back to the $495 tier due to poor results.
