From start to finish, this is a first class operation. The owner returned my initial phone call within 3 minutes, apologizing that he had been on a call and was unable to take mine. We discussed my needs, he answered my questions and set an appointment for the next day. He arrived right on time, offered a complete explanation of how they complete their job and prepared a quote based on square footage data provided by the city building permit department, and answered more questions as they came up. All this was done professionally, respectfully and with absolutely NO PRESSURE OF ANY KIND! We set an appointment to do the work, for the following week. On the appointment day, his lead man called about 45 minutes ahead to keep me posted. Because of weather issues, it would take them a little longer to get here. They arrived right at the scheduled appointment time.Jason gave me a complete rundown of what they would be doing and how long it would take, and once again, did I have ny questions. The process was not as loud as I expected (my dog might disagree) and they finished cleaning up behind themselves just as they had advised and right on time. I got another rundown of what was done, they answered some additional questions and we were done. My only issue and its NOT A COMPLAINTmore of a recommendation is, when The lead man called me before my appointment, he obviously used his cell phone. The caller ID indicated a name that I did not recognize so I almost didnt take the call. Had the caller ID indicated the company name or his frst name that I was prepared with, I would not have hesitated to take the call.What I especially DID like was they planned ahead and, despite weather issues, did what was necessary to arrive on time instead of delaying my day!This is a FIRST RATE, A+++, organized and well-run operation, and I cant recommend them high enough. Do not hesitate to consider Affordable Insulation.
